Magic Touch Car Wash

Used to be the best place ever for an interior and exterior car wash. The last 2 years their service and detail has gone "down the drain". I continued to patronize, hoping for different results only leaving more frustrated than prior visit. Its the basic details they keep missing, like the inside of the window, dirt in the seat, popcorn in my door pocket. I would inspect my car each time before I left and ALWAYS have to ask for places they missed to be cleaned. More frustrating is later, with different light and angles to find additional areas they missed. Not worth my $40. I am going to go elsewhere

Don't waste your money, this place has gone downhill. My 10 year old does a bette job. I came here several months back and didn't have a great experience but figured I'd try it again, maybe it was an off day. After today I will never come here again. I paid for a full inside detail and as you can see from the photos, they struggled to even vacuum well.

I am a regular customer at Magic Touch Car Wash. Probably 1-2 times per month. Every time I have my car detailed by them it's like I'm driving away in a brand new car! Highly recommend! Great service and quality work every time.

I've been going to Magic Touch Car Wash for over 10 years and have always gotten quality service. However, the last two times (6 months ago and today) I have received the worst service. My car came out of the car wash still dirty. I paid for PLATINUM service which is $40 plus I paid to have two rubber mats cleaned for a total of $42. PLATINUM service includes EVERYTHING. I did not get RAINX, my tires were not dressed, the windows were still dirty and on and on and on. I had an appointment I had to get to so I had to leave. Had to go back through a second time because they spilled stuff in my back seat and just left it. Didn't get any of the dog air vacuumed up. Very disappointed they used to do such a good job

They were amazing. My first time there. I have moved here from California and this car wash is definitely a must bring your vehicle. It was more then my expectations for every part that matters. God Bless all of you. I will be back.

Okay, a couple of years ago, I went to the VW dealership, got my car detailed for $300.
I tell you true that these guys do twice the job for 50 bucks. That's including wiping down my leather seats. I'll never take my girl anywhere else.

Every other full-service place I called is by appointment only. So my choice was this place or a self-serve place.
The business model is drop-in only, fist-come-first-served, assembly-line process. So it's not very personal, and the reviews suggest the quality can be pretty uneven. They did a fine job on my car, and the value is excellent. Thirty bucks is cheap for inside and out cleaning. Look into getting your car "detailed" if you don't believe me.
The waiting area is small and uncomfortable. Your best bet is to come when it's not busy (early on a weekday probably).

It would be great to partner with the restaurants nearby. Maybe they can offer a small discount to your customers while they wait. We had a 1.5 hour wait, so we enjoyed some sushi nearby. Getting a text that the car was done would be awesome as well.

Came here for the first time because after a long night drive, my car had dead bugs all over the front. This place washed my car and did an amazing job. My car looks very clean and shiny. Thank you guys!

I've gone twice now and both times I've been very happy with the outcome. After over a week at the coast my car was looking pretty rough, but with a good vacuum and interior cleaning they had it looking better than before! Very reasonably priced at $34 (not including tip.) Very happy and will return.

I've noticed that my car has not been cleaned as thoroughly in the past. Can take up to an hour or more and workers are rushing to get cars through and not putting adequate time into cleaning each car. Not sure I will go back.

Took my brand new Mercedes to get washed On July 15th at this location. My car windshield got scratched because they didn't turn off the automatic windshield wipers. I came back within less than 24 hours to speak to the owner directly, to resolve the issue. I was given the run around and told he would be in Monday July 20th. He wasn't there. I had to schedule another appointment once the owner called. When I did speak to them directly, they showed me a video of the back of the vehicle prior to it going through the wash. I contacted them within less than 24 hours once I noticed my wipers

Left scratches on my car specifically on the trunk. Very poor job done I had to wipe everything down myself. Save yourself some money and go else where if you're looking to get your car cleaned.

Parts of my car looked pretty good; however, parts of it were not cleaned and parts look worse than when I took it in. There were muddy foot prints on the front passenger seat. The back seat looked like they hadn't cleaned at all. Won't be returning here. I didn't have time to ask them to fix what need to still be done.

This is a good place to go, but for some reason this time. I had them redue a lt of issues. Paid for mats to be cleaned which they weren't. Back of seats were paid to be cleaned which were not. I know lot is packed, but don't take more customers than can handle. Ot has turn into quanity instead of Quality.

Fast service and outstanding job. Never have had any issues coming here, and am always impressed with how clean they make every inch of my car look. If you come in the mornings you can usually beat the line. :)

I just left this car wash and for $33.00 I'm not very happy. My rims still have dirt on them, my car was poorly vacuumed, there's still stuff on the interior, and not to mention things were thrown away that were sentimental on my dash. (My car wasn't filthy either, just throwing that out there!) I would understand (kinda) if stuff was thrown away that was on the floor, but not roses on someone's dash.
