We are a high volume salon. We strive to take the utmost care of our customers, dedicated to accommodating everyone the best we can. We take pride in the quality of our work. Bridal parties are welcome to bring food and drinks as we have a counter top big enough to accommodate big groups. We do accept walk ins if we have availability, however, there are certain days where it may be safer to make an appointment. :)

My husband & I had pedicures (His 1st). We enjoyed our experience so much that we went back a couple of days later for manicures. We had Jasmine & Mon both times. Both were very professional and fun to talk with. Many salons in my area have one person who speaks English well and the other technicians talk & laugh amongst themselves in their own language. It was nice being able to ask questions & discus things. The salon is very clean and I liked their safety measures.

Terrible! The older male nail tech took the French gel off my right hand and disappeared! I asked and another tech told me he was with another client. They shouldn't accept phone appointments if they can't keep them. Very unprofessional, I left and had my nails done gel and nail art at another salon. Don't waste your time, who do they think they are to be so RUDE!?!?

I went in for a no chip french manicure last Wednesday the next day my first nail starting peeling the white line started coming off from French taking with it the clear polish. I was told to come in at 12 to have it fixed waited till 12:40 to be taken care of. Dorothy responded and fixed it. The following day another started coming off! I'm Retired I didn't use any chemicals there's absolutely no reason for 4 fingers on my right hand to do this. Dorothy said your nails are thin because you previously did the dip polish that's why ! I had my nails done many times at many places. This Never Happened

We made appts the day before since there were three of us and they were very accommodating. My mom is 85 and my sister has Down's syndrome and they couldn't have been any nicer to both of them. They did a great job on me. It was the perfect relaxing treat for the ladies. Also, it is very clean and they use disposable bags in the tubs. Very happy with their services.

Not satisfied at all. Called and made an apt a head of time for a mani and pedi. I guess for the staff that meant standing and doing my mani while I was getting my pedicure. I understand they were busy but that is why I called ahead of time. It was the sloppiest gel manicure I have ever gotten. Not only was it sloppy but it actually started chipping three days later. A no chip, that literally was peeling off with in days.

I brought my bridesmaids here for mani/pedis. It was the best option to get a group of our size together with reasonable time (it was hard to find a place with more than 4 pedi spots). I appreciate that we put a $50 deposit down and had the place to ourself from 10 am -12:30 pm on the Saturday of a holiday weekend! We brought drinks and treats and had a great time together. We appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of staff. The place seemed really clean too.

While the family and I are on a little mini "vacation" from Chicago, I desperately needed a manicure. I called to several salons in the area looking for someone who offered the dip powder. My nails are so brittle, no chip polish doesn't even hold up for them. The dip powder strengthens them without ruining them. The problem is finding a salon or a person who can do them properly without making them bulky! Today I drove past Long Nails and decided to give them a call. Absolutely loved the work they did! Such amazing work...i cannot stress that enough. It may take longer than your usual salon, but it is well worth it, they take their time and are precise with how they do your nails. Hands down best no chip mani and pedi I have had! Everyone is very nice here and also the cleanest nail salon I have ever visited. I love that they put liners in the tub and use pre packaged new items for services. I was recommend here by many Facebook users after I put a post out asking where to go. If you want cool trendy nails you need to come here! They even helped us pick out colors that compliment our skin tones! Glad I finally found a great place. A lot of parking and easy in and out access!

Honestly - I walked out of there today shaking my head wondering how customer service could be so bad and owners so unprofessional. I live local and I recently went and had tips put on by Dorothy - she is awesome!! I went in today with my daughter and her friend for mani- pedi's. I needed a fill but Dorothy wasn't there today. Another women , Muncie, agreed to do it instead.

Long Nails has terrible service. I made an appointment for a pedicure and arrived on time. I was told I would be helped shortly. After waiting a good 15 minutes I was hurried over to pick a color and then a chair for the pedicure. I sat in the chair for another 10 minutes. Finally the woman came over and started the water. She went back to the woman she was giving a manicure to. When she finally started my pedicure she said she was sorry but the two women who were getting manicures were walk-ins and they also wanted pedicures. This was the mani-pedi from hell. Only one other customer in the shop and the entire conversation was politics and religion. It was uncomfortable as I disagreed with the three others. I finally managed to discuss a safer topic, the weather.
The owner was interrupted by salespeople (she complained about money).
The real problem, besides the uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere, came when I warned the owner, who was doing my nails that my cuticles bled easy and I didn't want them cut very much, if at atl. Before I could stop her, one of my cuticles was cut and the bleeding had just stopped

I wouldn't go back to Long Nails if I'm ever in Lake Geneva again. My friend and I went in for a quick pedicure while visiting and had fairly low expectations going in - it's a cheap nail salon with no interior design or comfort. But hey, we needed quick pedicures.
Unfortunately, quick pedicures were what we got. Rush job on the cut, the cuticles, the callous removal scrub, and a very sad leg "massage." The paint was all over the place when we left and I didn't bother to ask anyone to fix it for fear that it might turn out even worse.
