At Eye-Site of Boynton Beach, our goal is promote good eye health and enable you to have the clearest vision possible. Tara earned her Dispensing Optician license in 2020 and has been working in the optical industry since 2014. Her philosophy is that we should treat every pair of glasses with the utmost care. One of the ear pieces on my glasses broke apart. I brought the glasses to Eye-Site and was told the ear piece couldn't be fixed. Instead of trying to sell me a brand new pair of glasses, the store contacted my optician up north for the precise number of the glasses and then arranged for the manufacturer to ship the ear piece to Eye-Site. I went in on a Wednesday and had my glasses fixed by Saturday. Eye-Site went above and beyond.

Went to Eye-Site to get my mother in law's glasses repaired that she purchased at a competitor of Eye-Site and Tara was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. She repaired the frame in a matter of minutes after I was hassled by other Eye Glass Company in Boca Raton. Will definitely return to Eye-Site to take care of my family's needs. Thanks again. I did not have a good experience. I called and made an appointment and confirmed my appointment over the phone. During this call I also provided my vison savings plan information and was told what the total cost would be for a routine eye exam for my daughter. Showed up at said time/date and was told that our appointment was not for today but for another day. I advised the women at the desk that it was her who I spoke too over the phone, and I was told the wrong day. Well, it's been a couple of years since our last eye exam, and we were pleased to see Eye-Site was still seeing patients (bad pun intended).
A new optometrist, Dr. Patrick Dupuy, now owns the business. He was both pleasant and thorough in conducting our exams. He answered our questions and we didn't feel rushed.
The assistants were also all very nice and helpful. They checked our insurance coverage and clearly explained our out of pocket costs.
Eye-Site in Boynton Beach remains our "go to" eye care location.

My husband and I needed eye exams since our glasses didn't seem to be strong enough and we were overdue a check up. Thanks to Dr Patrick and Lauren for their professional help. Our exams went well, we learned more things to help our vision issues and Lauren was very helpful in glasses selection. I was happy to know that my older glasses, still in good shape, could be replaced with new lenses! So glad we came! I highly recommend them!

After using the same optician and optical store up north for over 20 years, I moved to Florida. Covid struck and I didn't get my glasses adjusted or new lenses put in. I was nervous as I have a difficult Rx and wear my glasses in an unusual spot and not everyone can get it right. Lauren spent so much time with me. My glasses were perfect. In fact, as they have a lot of fabulous frames, I bought another pair.

I have worked with Patrick, and Lauren. This experience has been indeed an excellent one. The excellent and accurate Eye exam was a breath of fresh air, and I was very impressed with Patrick's insight, and knowledge, and very professional care. Lauren is also a breath of fresh air in the way that she filled my prescription, and followed up via phone, until the Lenses were complete from the Lab and delivered. The new lenses are perfect. When the frame of my eye glasses snapped and broke beyond repair and we're in the midst of a pandemic, I needed to think out of the box. It was on Sunday, April 26th and most everything is closed. If I went to COSTCO, I'd have to wait on a long line, Target, who knows, so I went online and found EYE SITE at the Fountains shopping center. I left an email on Yelp and shortly after, I found I had a message from the owner, Dave to call him Monday morning.
After explaining my issue, Dave told me he needed to see my glasses and could I meet him at his shop to see what he could do.

The morning of my grandpas funeral, I realized I forgot my contact lenses. Quick to think; I rushed over to eye site and the lovely staff here - no questions asked, gave me free trial pairs to get me through with ease. Always friendly, always reliable. My grandma and grandpa have been going here for as long as they've been open.

This has been my go to eye place for all my eye needs; meaning for eye exams, contacts, and buying sunglasses. Still a 5 star place in my opinion.
Came in here to get my glasses tightened and checked as David has that kind of relationship with his customers. I am no exception.
When I walked in, I was greeted by Paulette and Carolanne. Both ladies were very inviting even though they were packed.
David, helped me by looking at my nose pads which were gross, he tightened them, tightened my side straps or whatever they're called and cleaned my glasses.
At the end of all his work, which by the way was free, he then cleaned my glasses as an extra go above and beyond kind of thing.

The staff is very friendly, Carolanne is always so friendly she gives you most Amazing customer service know matter how busy they may be.

I received 2 new pair prescription glasses and sunglasses just prior to my heading down to Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday. I checked the glasses and my vision was distorted for distance/reading. Once in Florida, I called Eye-Site and spoke with Carolanne. She was extremely friendly and encouraged me to come to the store so she could take measurements and check all of my glasses.
When I arrived at the store, Carolanne immediately greeted me. She knew I had never been to the store before and spent over an hour with me, adjusting all 4 pair of glasses until I was comfortable with the distance

WHERE do I start to express my enthusiasm and gratitude for my experience at Eye-Site (aside from the fact that their name is so witty. They had me at word play.) I came in with a pair of my mom's tortured driving glasses. Broken earpiece. Old earpiece, bronze, sparkly. Seemingly impossible to replace. Even a bad match would have been great compared to the duct tape and glue I'd created to patch it. Not only wasn't Carolanne unphased by the adjustments I needed her to make to the frame but WHEN I RETURNED 10 MINUTES LATER SHE HAD PUT A GLORIOUS, BRONZE ALMOST-MATCHING LEFT EARPIECE

I use to get my frames and lenses at Costco mainly for the cost. I started going to Eyesite just to have my glasses adjusted, because it was more convenient than returning to Costco. David treated me as is I was his best customer and I never spent a dime there. Overtime I experienced issues with my vision , which was attributed to the quality of the lenses Costco used. I decided to have my next prescription filled at Eyesite. I immediately saw an improvement with my vision due mainly to the better quality lenses, also the frame selection are more stylish and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly
