My family and I had a great experience here. I couldn't believe how every staff person here was genuinely friendly and treated us with patience and respect to answer our questions as they went the extra mile to serve us. The Dr was delightfully friendly and amazed me with his comprehension and explanation of several issues and how they correlate. He was equally proficient with my wife, and displayed great patience with our toddler (who probably holds the record of being the loudest customer). All equipment was the latest, state of the art and the facility is exceptionally furnished and decorated

Long story short i thought my eye twitching was my eye getting worse. Turns out my last place had given me the wrong prescription for over a year and Dr Brandee was so upset for me as a patient. She got the the perfect prescription for me, twitching totally gone. THANK YOU All so much, you have gained a patient for life

Today me and my husband and our 4 yrs old son had a comprehensive exam with Dr. Wu and his team workers. They are all very nice people and professional. They gave us a very detail exam for our eyes and explained the result clearly.
My son was so scared for his first eye exam but after a warm greeting at reception desk and those smiles on everyone’s face he felt much released. Also Dr Wu with a very soft voice talked to my son and gently did all exams on his eyes. My son is not afraid of seeing a eye doctor anymore now.
If you are looking for an ophthalmologist, Dr. Wu is the best.

Our family have been going here for the last three years. Dr. Tsung-Hao Wu has always been extremely friendly and professional. He is very patient and attentive to kids. Since my kids was in virtual school earlier this year, I have a lot of concern with their vision, however, Dr. Wu always give us very detailed and efficient advices. The staff is friendly and helpful and the office is clean and well-ordered as well. I honestly recommend this place to everyone I know. Thanks!

I have been coming here for several years and get good service from Dr.(s) Marciano. Usually I can get in and out pretty quickly. I have had issues waiting and not being helped on a couple of occasions when they were busy. I continue to come back because of the excellent service of their optician Bernie.
Bernie is always professional, courteous, and actually cares about you. He is there before and after your purchase of new glasses. For that I will continue to be a patient.

I just got a nice call from their office manager apologizing. I do appreciate that and it was a classy thing to do.
I just left (walked out of) the Marciano Family Optometric Center given it was a bit more than an hour wait without the start of a routine eye exam. Most of the wait I had was it in a dimly lighted small, claustrophobic exam room with the door closed. No one was checking in on me or offering an expected time for my exam. I waited 35 minutes. I just sat there in the dark, alone. When the optometrist finally showed up he said it would take at least another 20-30 minutes for an exam

I was there for my very 1st time appointment @3:30 pm on April 2, 2021. Receptionists was great and informative. The Dr Weston and the staff who did my eye exam was great and very friendly. In he Optical, the experience was also great , but at the check out wasn’t a pleasant experienced.....
The Cashier was so impolite. I was surprised of the amount she was charging me so I asked questions because that wasn’t the amount the Optical gave me was only $481.++ for a coach frame and regular plastic with transition and progressive lenses. The cashier was charging me about $525.++

My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Albert Wu as an eye doctor, and this is coming from patients who drive over one hour to visit his office. He is that good! Dr. Wu takes the time to sit with his patients, before and after the examination, thoroughly explaining examination results in very easy-to-understand terminologies. I never feel rushed when I am in his office. One of the many aspects of his examination that I greatly appreciate is when he was showing me the computer images of my eye and explain the relationship between the health of the eye and general health of the body, which helps me appreciate

Clean and convenient doctors location. The tech in the beginning was very kind and informative. However, the Doctor was all over the place - student doctor did a better job explaining to me than he did in fact she corrected him twice which made me very uneasy. Also found it odd when I went in I signed and dated a paper with $0 copay for exam and when I left I had a $60 copay When I asked for explanation the lady at the desk said because I have contacts it’s a different charge and accused me and my previous ophthalmologist of “illegal activity and side deal favors” because I’ve never had
