We know the value of a healthy, thriving forest as a renewable resource. Lamore Lumber chooses only trees that are ready. No clear cutting.

We construct sheds, garages, barns and home additions right on your property or provide pre-cut lumber packages for your custom project. We use lumber milled from native species taken from the forest and processed at our own sawmill.

Because Lamore Lumber uses locally cut lumber which is milled almost exclusively at our mill in Deerfield, Massachusetts, our prices are as affordable as any kit or pre-cut structure on the market today even when we come to your place to build it. The real value is in the materials and the construction.
THE BASICS: If you are building a 36' x 40' yourself, we'll pre-cut the frame and lumber. 1,440 Square Feet at $26 per Square Foot = $37,440. You may prefer interior walls, a steeper roof pitch or shiplap or tongue and groove siding. Add as needed from chart. Call us and we'll go over your initial estimate to help you find a final price.
