Running out of Tavernier Creek Marina, we cover over 24 miles of reef line giving us access to all the best reef and wreck diving from Key Largo to Islamorada.

Whether you're on the go or want to take it slow, now you can complete the knowledge development portion of the PADI Open Water Diver course online with PADI eLearning. It's a great match for your active schedule. While you're working through the PADI Open Water Diver course online or after you complete all the segments, you can print your eLearning Record and bring it in to start your underwater adventures.
If it has been more than one year since your last scuba dive, you may be required to dive your first dive accompanied by one of our instructors. If it has been over 2 years since your last scuba dive, you may be required to take a Scuba Tune-up course or refresher. All wreck dives require an Advanced Open Water certification or your log book showing 3 dives below 80' in the last 6 months.
Come explore the underwater world for a day. You will spend a half-day in the pool learning the basic skills, getting comfortable with the equipment and breathing underwater. Then it's off to the Ocean to dive on 2 different shallow reefs dives with your Instructor. Classroom, pool and dives all in one place.
Most of these are not true "packages" in that payment is made to the accommodation establishment for lodging and to Conch for diving. In some cases, the prices quoted here reflect a discount from the establishments standard prices, in some cases not. In all cases, they are places we work with regularly and feel comfortable recommending.

Excellent experience with Conch Republic Divers. They were highly recommended for their friendly atmosphere and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived in Key Largo we witnessed 1st hand how they got the reputation of being friendly.
The night that we arrived in the area we stopped at a completely different store and ran into Jay one of the boat captains. He assisted with gear recommendations and provided us with details of what to expect for our upcoming dives. He went above and beyond any level of service that I have received from a dive shop.

From my initial phone call to set up our AOW training through the certification, this was an outstanding dive experience. Professional and relaxed the staff at CRD answered my every question and took care of everything we needed. Mark was an excellent and informative instructor. I had been on many "Lobster Dives" from Key Largo (back when Captain Slate's Atlantis Dive Center was located further North) to Duck Key with Duck Key Divers. I am throwing out names, because I wasted time and money with these operations. I never had success with these operations. I still signed up in September for a "Creature Feature" dive with Captain Slate (right across the highway from Conch Republic) and they cancelled on me without bothering to tell me, because they signed up their boats for a Wedding the Day after Thanksgiving.

I’ve dove with dozens of dove boats and this outfit is now one of my favorite! Jason and the Capt took very good care of me and being a solo diver paired me with a more advanced diver for the Spiegel wreck so we could both enjoy it safely. I highly recommend them!!!

I would love to give this shop 5 stars, however, we got a "bad taste" in our mouth as soon as we walked in the doors. We traveled from Louisiana, to come specifically to this dive shop to complete our exit dive because of all the good things we heard. We were greeted by Taylor, the one working at the desk. Sadly, she was rude from the beginning. Apparently we were missing paper work and she was adamant we could not dive. I was upset no one mentioned it to us before hand, considering two from our party called days before traveling to make sure we had all the proper referral forms, etc

Wow. Conch Republic was fantastic! Mark was our captain and went over everything about the boat/ride/schedule/etc--he was super clear about everything and super nice. I felt we were in safe hands the whole time! Even though I'm fully scuba certified, I've been incredibly nervous the last few times diving, causing all sorts of problems (fogging mask, mask squeeze, extreme fear of sharks, etc), so I asked to dive with a master when we went out with Conch Republic. I dove with Conch Republic Divers on Friday 11/08/19 & Saturday 11/09/19. On Friday we did the double Spiegel Grove wreck dive - it exceeded my expectations! The dive operation is very professional yet relaxed. Just what I wanted. On Saturday we did another wreck dive, the Eagle, and then a shallow (35-50 ft) reef dive. It was another great experience. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

After having just an ok experience earlier this week with a different Key Largo company, I decided to give CRD a try bc of the great reviews on Yelp and their website. So glad I did! Captain Jason and Christina (might be with a K!) were super friendly and helpful. I was able to join up with a couple since I was diving solo and it worked out great. Felt very safe and relaxed with this crew. Lots of nurse sharks, eels and fish. Definitely will go with them again in the future if I get back to Key Largo!

My family and I always had it on our bucket list to become certified open water scuba divers. When we decided on a trip to key west the opportunity seemed right and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Conch Republic was the perfect place to learn new skills. We had Adam as our instructor and Charles as our instructor in training. Adam was beyond competent and made us all feel extremely safe. My mom hasn't put her head under water since being a child due to an extreme phobia and Charles has her in the deep end of a pool swimming underwater!

Brenda was extremely helpful with lining up our dives and was so accommodating. Mark was an outstanding boat captain (who navigated and mastered an intense storm that popped up, out of nowhere) and lobstering mentor who ensured we had the best experience; also great to have a conversation with! Jason was a great dive master and first mate and provided outstanding instruction and guidance on each of the dive sites! Very professional and friendly crew. We will most certainly return!

We had a really good time with Conch Republic! They were able to get me certified, which was a big accomplishment for me. Me and my husband had a blast. They have a fun efficient crew, and a really good boat. Their boat is fast, modern, and large, with ample sized overhead area and places for all your scuba gear. They also have snacks and drinks on board. Everyone on board had a great time. We had such a fun time that we're going back out with them to dive to the Speigel Grove wreck this Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend!

Brenda (the owner) is professional and personable. One of our party of 4 was doing their training dives, and she was able to coordinate with a dive instructor (Donna) who worked with us so that we all had a great time diving. My 2 teen sons and I signed up for 8am dive. We went out with Mark, dive instructor, and a really nice Capt with a soul patch beard who's name escapes me.
They were both awesome. Very professional, very nice.
Mark took particular care of ensuring our rigs were set up properly and he did a great job of keeping an eye on all of us. He also was great at finding cool sea life along the dives.
Both dives were terrific, sharks, nice reef formations, lots of colorful fish. Just what we wanted.
They provided water, snacks etc. also was one of the lowest priced dives.

This is the best dive operation in the Keys. Their staff are incredibly friendly and the owners, Captain Gary Mace and Admiral Brenda Mace, are wonderful and characters in their own right. I have had my kids get their dive certifications here. Their dive operation is smooth and their captains and mates are very helpful. Their boats are nicely laid out, spacious and stable dive platforms. The do everything from recreational diving to technical diving. From the dock to the dive sites is very quick and usually less than 40 minutes at the most.

I am a very happy new diver. I came across Conch Republic looking for a place to complete my check out dives for my open water certification. They truly are the friendliest dive shop! From the dive shop to the boat and everyone in between, everyone was awesome. My instructor Kelly was very knowledgeable and helpful. It made us a lot less nervous on our check out dives. The boat was clean and the crew was very organized. The crew got us out right after roll call and head count. No milling around the dock with this crew. They want you in the water. After all that is what you are there for. I think
