During the fall of 2020, we pulled the boat out of the water and gave her such an incredible makeover, you're sure to be surprised on your first visit! At 50 feet (15.25 meters) long, and a 17 feet (5.2 meters) wide, the Sea Dweller III is one of the most comfortable boats in Key Largo!

This is our custom 30ft Island Hopper called Paradise Below. She provides a smooth, comfortable ride & an intimate experience as we explore the waters of Key Largo. She also has a custom T-Top that now provides full sun shade for the entire boat. Please Note: We can not "guarantee" a particular location or boat.
As a certified diver, it is each individual's responsibility to maintain his/her knowledge and skill levels through consistent practice and continued education. Please remember to bring your certification card with you. We check all certification cards prior to boarding the Sea Dweller III.

Amazing experience! We went during off season and of course it’s cold, but we said screw it and still went. We were on a boat with mostly divers and two other snorkelers. We went snorkeling. Gear worked great unlike some experiences I’ve had in the past snorkeling in different places. Boat had plenty of room. There was a cooler with ice available to put anything cold if we wanted and water to drink. Went to the most amazing locations, which I can’t imagine there being any better ones, but I’m sure there are. Got to the see a sting ray chilling, many sea turtles, tons of different fish.

It had been over a year since my last dive, due to the COVID, so I had to dive with a guide. I wasn't thrilled at first, but I understood why. My guide, Nate, was the bomb. He did everything by the book and emphasized safety. He made the dive fun and when I return I'm going to ask for him to dive with me again. Thanks for everything Nate and they need to give you a raise. Also, the boat, Captain and crew were awesome as well. I highly recommend them if you get to Key Largo.

We had an amazing time!
The crew was professional, efficient, and friendly. We felt very well taken care of!
I was a little nervous that we needed to do our own navigation- I’m used to following a dive guide - but I got a solid dive briefing from the captains complete with advice on navigation, safety, and what to look for.
I’m coming away from this trip feeling more confident and empowered to navigate dives in the future. So awesome!
We did hire guides for two of our trips - the first two dives (with Jeff) and our night dive with Rob. Both of our guides were great - flexible, friendly

The group of people at Sea Dwellers were very friendly and great. They took myself and my two kids on the discover Scuba adventure and my son got hooked. they worked with us to get certified that vacation. Rocky was very knowledgeable and nice to work with and full of cheesy jokes. Rob did great getting us acclimated in the pool and finishing off our certification skills in there. Very good experience.

Loved diving with this dive shop. Daphne was a great guide and also enjoyed our time with Nate, Emily, Russell, and the rest of the crew. We saw turtles, mantarays, reef sharks, turtles, lobster, etc. We also preferred the smaller dive shop feel: we were able to leave our gear on the boat if we were diving again later in the day, and didn’t have to wait on a bunch of other people. One of our friends was getting cold with his regular 3 mm wetsuit and they kindly upgraded him to a semi dry suit. Highly recommend!

I booked this charter pretty last minute. They were incredibly accommodating! The check in process was easy-peasy. This place has what you are looking for: a chill vibe that is still extremely professional.
I went out on thanksgiving and this might be a new tradition for me. It had been a while since I had been on my last dive. I did a refresher course a couple of days before hand and had no issues.
They handled all different types of groups with different skill levels. They offered a guide, Jeremey, who has a vast knowledge of the dive sites. They also had people getting their certificates

We had a reservation for an afternoon dive on Wednesday the 24th. Sea Dwellers contacted us and said the ocean was a little rough and thought we would have a more comfortable trip on Thursday. They rebooked us without any extra fees and we went out Thanksgiving morning had a great time. The crew and staff are friendly, efficient and professional. We did pay extra for a private guide and Jeremy was well worth it. We saw turtles, nurse sharks and an eel. I can't think of a better way to spend Thanksgiving.

We had a great time the captain and first mate where great, very informative and funny. They took us to the French reef were we went snorkeling. I was a first timer, they supplied everything I needed and gave great instructions on how to have the best experience while in the water. And I had an amazing time. The reef was beautiful.

Great diving and snorkeling experience with Sea Dwellers. We spent the day with them. Half our group did a refresher course in the morning, then in the afternoon we all went out on the same boat. Half the group went diving, the other half went snorkeling. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Awesome dive instructor. Great captain and crew. The service was amazing from the first call, to the convenience of signing waivers online, to the check in, to the boat safety review,.....oh yes, and the diving was pretty amazing too!

Poor customer service and shoddy operation. We came in from Chicago and booked 2 days of diving in advance.
Day one their boat was in the shop so they sent us to Amoray Divers. Our dives were in the bay in 15 feet of water. Not awesome. Day two, their boat was still in the shop so they canceled on us, with no option to dive with another shop as it was too short notice.
Not a single "we're sorry" or even a discount. We planned our trip around this, they honestly didn't seem to care that their lack of planning caused a major issue for us. Literally no acknowledgement that

We were recommended to you from Dave at Scuba Shack in San Antonio. Everything went great! Amber is wonderful at scheduling and helped us with everything - she definitely went above & beyond. First mate Jeff was very helpful as well. But the real deal was Instructor Rocky. He was absolutely awesome! We got our advanced certification with Rocky and we were incredibly pleased from start to finish. He handled all of us including a junior diver like a pro - we felt incredibly safe and got everything done smoothly. In fact, we will definitely be back to dive with Rocky on future dives! Thanks

Safety not a Concern!
Our group of 6 was scheduled to scuba and snorkel 4/28/21 but the trip was cancelled due to rough conditions. We went instead on 4/29/21. It was very rough and many were sick.  Two divers were back on boat within 5 minutes because it was too rough, before my husband even got into the water.
My husband snorkeled and tried to manage the high waves. He was in the water for ~20 minutes about 70 ft from the boat when he yelled "Help!"  The crew Dean and Nick, were not at the back of the boat and didn't hear his cries. I stood up and shouted to them "He

This was not our first time diving with Sea Dwellers and it won't be the last!! This afternoon they warned us about rough waves so my husband and I were given the option to continue with the dive or cancel. We chose to cancel due to the waves. We went to the Sea Dwellers Store and we're allowed to get a refund for the cancelled dive. When we dove with them yesterday our dives were amazing. The staff was super helpful and our dive master, Katie, was great. She pointed out a variety of sea life underwater and kept track of the air in all of our tanks to ensure a safe dive. Please please please try this out. I've lived in miami my whole life and I'm kicking myself in the behind for not doing this sooner. Jeremy is my favorite person right now. We did the discovery dive (we had young kids 11-14) and he did an amazing job with all of us. Very patient and super detailed. There is a lot going on and he did a great job keeping everyone at ease, confident and most importantly, safe. I myself immediately nervous immediately going down in the pool and he was very patient. Once in the ocean, mar joined our party and he too was amazing. I had to come back up immediately

So we the Martin's have not had a serious ocean dive in over 10 years. My wife found Sea Dwellers and setup a refresher dive to go over the basics. Jim our pool instructor was great. Jim has over 30 years experience as an instructor with Sea Dwelllers.
The afternoon dive for me was horrible as I got seasick and did not dive. The crew was great and took care of me while my wife Chyrelle went diving with Jim.
Jim and Kelly gave me some tips on seasickness (Bonine) to try so we committed to the next days dive.
So glad we did. Captain Pete is by far the greatest. He has been a captain driving

Absolutely great shop, staff was happy to help with any and everything. My brother and I came down to do some diving, haven't gone in about two years so we got a refresher course with Jeremy, he was absolutely excellent made my brother and I more comfortable in the water. When we went out on our first sea dive of the day we also got a guide, Nick who was awesome. Nick was very relaxed while making sure my brother and I where ready to go, and his knowledge of the dive area was great. My brother and I were able to see a lot of cool animals(turtles, sharks,etc...) would absolutely recommend 10

It was a few years ago I got my Advanced Open Water ticket through Sea Dwellers. Great experience.
After having my 15 year old son certified last year, we decided to take a dive trip. Checked in with Rob at the shop and we were on our way. Next morning we showed up at the dock early as the crew was loading the boat with cylinders and gear. Crewmembers were very friendly.
We went out to Molasses Reef. It's a popular site in KL. Oddly though, after living in Islamorada for over 10 years and logging many dives, I had never been to Molasses

My boyfriend and I flew into Orlando, went to Universal, Islands of Adventure, Disney, drove to and visited the Everglades, and then Key Largo (SCUBA), Islamorada (partyboat fishing), and Key West (southernmost point of the USA).
And my favorite thing - out of all the things - was diving in open water with Sea Dwellers.
So some background: I barely know how to swim. Like that's the entire story! 3rd grade summer, my parents enrolled me in one of those don't-die-in-a-pool
