Sea Monkey's O2 Deep is a 27 ft. May Craft custom dive boat with all safety equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable dive. She is equipped with twin 200 horse power engines, making her the fastest dive boat in the Upper Florida Keys. We only carry 6 passengers so we can provide personalized service you just can't find in the big operations.

After a lot of planning/researching snorkeling tours within the Florida Keys for our family (with two young kids), we landed on Sea Monkys. So glad we did!!! Highlight of our trip!! They know the area, are down to earth, fun, and passionate about their services. We saw another big tour boat come and go, while we enjoyed our thorough exploration of an incredible section of reef. We saw nurse sharks, eels, rays, and SO many various species of fish. An experience none of us will forget.

Amazing diving experience with these guys! Totally recommended! We rented a charter with them and the diving experience was remarkable. We went to alligator reef and had the chance to see turtles, sharks, eels, massive groupers and all types of fish!
The crew is amazing! They’ll have water and lemon drops on board for you to taste after each dive.
Have diced with them twice and will do it again for sure!

This was a great choice! Family owned and very informative. It was our first time snorkeling and I was a little apprehensive but they made the whole process smooth. They
take time to make sure you are comfortable.. The instructer made sure to stay by me and point things out to us! Would definately book with them again. Great price and they even included wet suits if you chose to use them!

Had a great experience snorkeling with sea turtles, barracuda, rays, and all sorts of fish. I feel so lucky to have visited Alligator Reef while in Florida and the small group made the whole experience so much better. Everyone was super kind and offered me snacks and water and information on the best places to snorkel and gave me a weight to make diving easier I would highly recommend them.

With 6 divers, we had the entire boat to ourselves which was awesome! Colleen guided our trip and she was AMAZING - so knowledgeable, so professional, so experienced. She made us feel so comfortable and calm. Josee the captain was so competent and trustworthy. The crew took care of everything - switching our gear from one tank to the next, making sure we ascended safely and in order. Colleen showed us SO much sea life, fish, sharks, eels. For novice divers and experienced divers, it was probably one if the best trips we have ever had. Can't wait to dive with Sea Monkeys again!

Well run by great people. Concierge type service with tank/bc/reg setup. Small boat for no more than 6 people. They don’t just know where to go; they know what creatures live where and they respect them. Speaking of, wear reef friendly sunscreen! They require that but it’s just good courtesy. I’m sure I’ll miss something but on just one tank we saw: several turtles, rays, nurse sharks, eels, parrot fish, crabs, and other little critters. My favorite favorite was an octopus though. Always makes my whole trip! Highly recommend this place, even over key largo shops. Probably my best dive ever

First time snorkeling! Felt a little weird about putting the mouth piece during covid thought we would get a disposable one but that'd probably be my only complaint. This is a family owned buisness and you can tell they love what they do. They added to the experience by story telling during the boat ride to the destination. Also look out for the manatees.

The crew at SeaMonkey Divers have been really accommodating and helpful to our group of 4 with varied experience levels. From prepping all the gear, providing water and snacks on the boat, and making sure everyone is good to go - made for a smooth trip.
Underwater, the sites were all close by, and the pace was nice and relaxed. Plenty of marine life from moray eels, nurse sharks, sting rays, conches, turtles, barracudas, and schools of fishes.
Overall, a great group to dive with and I highly recommend them.

Excellent scuba diving experience. We went on a two tank dive at alligator reef. Colleen was an excellent guide and showed us things underwater that I probably wouldn't have even noticed. Their customer service was awesome. We weren't sure if the weather would permit us to go out but it ended up being a beautiful day. I'm a newbie scuba diver and Colleen made sure that I was safe and had a good time.

We enjoyed our snorkeling experience so much and hands down recommend Sea Monkeys Divers! They are super hospitable and this was by far our favorite experience for our quick getaway to Islamorada!
We will definitely be back and next time plan to learn scuba basics with Frank! Captain Ed was amazing as well!

What a garbage place this is. We only went here because robbies cancelled their snorkeling due to problems with the boat and considering there's literally nothing else out this way we came across sea monkey which says they do snorkeling. As soon as we walked into their office they didn't even acknowledge us, and when we asked about snorkeling the woman's response was " you wanna snorkel today?" Then said the weather was not appropriate for snorkeling. I'm not a weather or nautical expert but it was a light breeze and sunny out so I have no idea if it's good

Colleen and Ed were extremely personable and down to earth and actually seemed interested that we wanted to book a dive/snorkel trip...unlike so many other companies whose workers seem as if they could care less. Small boat with 4 of us and colleen took her time with us, had all the gear prepared so we didnt have to lug anything or even change tanks. She offered a coke to my girlfriend who got a little queasy. Highly recommended attentive and interested service.

Bill, Coleen and Brent gave us an amazing time scuba diving in the keys. They took good care of us and helping us see eels, rays, lobsters, turtles, nurse sharks and more. They were excellent at communicating and even provided phone calls to update us on the weather. They are an excellent small business and I will dive with them every time I come to the keys.

5 Stars isn't enough for how great these guys were to us! From the moment of contact these guys were exceptionally responsive and ridiculously helpful for our needs. Our request was a private dive to spread my father-n-laws ashes. The shop was patient, kind, helpful, respectful and took care of everything for us. We rented our gear since we were traveling from LA and this was our only dive of the trip. The gear was new, top notch and fit perfectly. SeaMonkey is amazing! We called early in the morning looking for a good deal on a jet ski tour. They worked with our schedule and made everything happen the day of. The price was extremely reasonable for a 2 hour trip on the Atlantic, Gulf, and through multiple mangroves.
Chris, our guide made the trip super fun, and even though some waters were a bit choppy that day he made sure to take us places that were easy to navigate. The only downside was that at times it was quite hard to hear Chris when he tried pointing things out to the group.
All in all we had an a blast and will definitely be back

Unfortunately because of our schedule, I could not stay longer. But having dove all of the world (literally), I can honestly say they are one of the more responsible and professional shops I have dealt with. Moreover, their prices are average when compared to competition anywhere.

Great operation. For starters, the price was right- $75 per person for a two tank trip. The boat is small, meaning at most 6 divers, so it's not a cattle hearing operation. Great dive master - she was obviously thorough, but easy going. They did one of the best pre dive briefings I have ever seen.
In the water; She pointed out a lot of interesting life, and there was a lot to point out. Today the two dives on alligator reef were just perfect, great visibility, Rays, ell, large and small fish of all types, barracudas, grouper, lobsters all over, a huge crab.
