Melissa Founder and CEO of Lashed & Beauty Bar graduated from Toni & Guy Hair Dressing Academy in 2011. She worked as a hair dresser for 3 years. After finding a love for lashes she took her lash course is 2014 and became a certified lash tech. Her lash career took off and she soon became one of the top lash techs in the area.
She has been taught by world renown lash artists and is certified in classic lashes, Russian Volume, lash lifting & tinting, and is a certified lash educator. Melissa specializes in Russian Volume lashes. Melissa lives and breathes her business and lashes. She loves making her clients feel beautiful and she loves the relationships she is able to build with each and every client.

I love this place! It's small and tastefully decorated! Everyone is very friendly! They offer great services! Plenty of free parking. Alyssa is an expert with haircolor! She is one of those rare stylists that can do PLATINUM or beautiful natural highlights at reasonable rates! I've been getting my volume lashes done by Melissa for a couple months now and I could not be happier!

After reading about the upkeep with extensions (personally looking for something more low maintenance), I did some re-search on a lash lift sounded more my speed. I just did a google search and Lashed was one of the 1st places to come up. I work in Northboro so location was already prime. This was my first lift, not sure what to expect. The salon itself is gorgeous! It's calming and very comfortable. I had my appointment with Danielle and words can't even describe how happy I was with my experience. She was quite a busy lady that night! But still made sure to check in with me every so often. I

I get my lashes done by Danielle and she always does a fantastic job. She wont let you leave unless your lashes look good. She’s great about getting me in for my appointments. I’ve gotten the classic and the volume extensions and they both looked great and I always get compliments on my lashes. Lashed and beauty bar would be my suggestion for anyone who is looking to upgrade their lashes

I don’t even know where to begin...I’ve been getting my lashes done for almost a year now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Danielle has to be one of the most professional, thoughtful and friendly, funniest people I have ever met. Not only does she give an amazing service every time but she genuinely makes me feel so good about myself. If you are looking for a beautiful atmosphere, friendly employees and incredible lashes then this is the place. Oh....and did I mention Daniele is also a wax queen? Wouldn’t trust ANYONE else with my eye brows!

I booked an appointment after seeing how great my friends lashes looked having had them done at Lashed. I was nervous about getting my lashes done for the first time however, soon after walking into Lashed my nerves were calmed by the cozy environment. Melissa and Jessica are not only professional but super friendly and welcoming. They are meticulous and made sure every lash was perfect. I am in love with my new lashes and highly recommend Lashed Studio!!!

I've been getting my lashes done by Melissa for a few months now and I can't say enough good things about her and the salon. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and extremely passionate about her work. Not to mention she is very personable and makes every appointment something I look forward to. I'd recommend her to anyone. She truly is the best!

Melissa is amazing at what she does. She fully cares about her clients and how their lashes look. She is so sincere and truly loves what she does! I would never go anywhere but to lashed studios! Not only is she extremely welcoming and makes you feel 100% comfortable she is extremely accomadating in scheduling your appointments! Hands down the best lash studio!

I started going to Melissa about a year ago. I kept seeing posts on Facebook, friends profile pictures, raving comments about having Lash Extensions. I messaged Melissa to set up an appointment and to see if Lash Extensions would be for me. Melissa had a very calm and professional approach, the same approach she shares with me a year later. Melissa explained everything to me so that I would understand what Extensions were, how to care for them, the cost of them and as always no pressure to start the process if it wasn't a good fit. A year later and I have never had a bad experience with Melissa

I've been going to Melissa for my eyelashes since she very first started, a while ago now. She has always done such a fantastic job not only on my lashes but also on making me feel comfortable and working with my schedule. I've always, ALWAYS have been 100% satisfied with how my lashes have turned out. She is so professional, passionate, talented, kind, caring, considerate... the list goes on and on.
