I visited Dr Auger after she was highly recommended by a coworker when I was dealing with plantar fasciitis from running. I went in August of 2020 and was first off highly disappointed with her bedside manner. I didn’t feel respected or like I knew anything about my own body and capabilities. The home exercises she then instructed me to do provided 0% relief for the pain I was experiencing, even though I did them religiously for several weeks. Her main recommendation for relief came in the form of expensive custom orthotics from her office which (guess what) I’d have to replace every few years

Fast service! I barely finished my paperwork when Dr. Auger called me up. No intake tech just straight to business with the doctor. And most importantly she was gentle with the scalpel.
One complaint is actually about the building's signage. The directory inside the door says "First Floor Directory" and lists 400 and Dr. Auger which made me believe that she was on the first floor. I wandered around confused on the first floor for a few minutes before asking if 400 was actually on the first floor.

Not a good listener-- a poor use of time and money.
I have a morton's neuroma, tailor's bunion, and haglund deformity. I had been resting and icing for 2 months with little improvement, so I went to see Dr. Auger for new/different treatment. She was 30 minutes late, and, after 20 minutes of looking at my feet, concluded that I have a morton's neuroma, tailor's bunion, and haglund deformity..... exactly what I'd told her when I arrived....
I asked about treatment options and she recommended icing and resting... exactly what I told her I had been doing... I asked what more I could try, specifically

Had ingrown toenails removed with the understanding the recovery would be about 2 weeks. After 3 days, one of my toes was very swollen and sore. Went back to Dr. Auger who said it was a chemical burn from the chemical she injects into the nail bed. Big black spot developed on the side of my toe. Started antibiotics that made me sick every day for 10 days. She told me to come back every week for a couple of weeks. After more than 6 weeks it was still swollen so I went back for one final check. Just got a bill for that. Wow! Would have thought she would see a procedure gone wrong without charging

Dr. Elizabeth Auger saved my vacation! We were visiting the area from out of state and had hiking, biking, and kid activities planned, as well as a family trip to Lagoon. I was limping and could hardly get around. Dr. Auger listened to me and took my travel situation into account for the treatment she rendered. It turns out I had plantar fasciitis. By the time I left her office, I was walking freely for the first time in a few days, and that evening I was biking (I could hardly walk before). The rest of the trip was amazing, and a week later I'm continuing the exercises and treatments she recommended

Dr. Auger listens to your concerns and provides great medical advice on how to correct foot pain. I went to her a few years ago regarding Plantar fasciitis on my right foot. Yesterday I went because of heel pain on my left foot! I know that her diagnosis and recommendations on how to correct it are spot on. Her background in foot care coupled with her avid athletic background gives me the confidence that my left foot will be feeling fine holistically quickly.

I had ingrown toenails removed. I was very anxious about the shots in the foot, but she was able to do it quickly and efficiently. The procedure was done in a matter of minutes and off I went. In follow up appointments she was caring and I felt very supported in asking questions. She was also very personable, I had a great time talking to her. Defiantly recommend her to anyone who needs a podiatrist!
