Founded in 1984, Sojourner, a nonprofit organization is headquartered in Butler County with additional locations in Preble and Warren counties. Saving lives, fostering hope, and strengthening families and communities is more than a vision; at Sojourner, it is a way of life! Sojourner is committed to be the provider of choice for individuals, families, and communities in need of substance abuse and mental health services.
Sojourner Recovery Services utilizes a holistic approach to provide substance use treatment to individuals and families we serve. First, individuals participate in an assessment interview to determine individualized goals and needs and then work with our qualified staff to create an individualized treatment plan.

Patients may request a copy of their medical records by completing and submitting an Authorization for Release of Personal Health Information form. Verification of identity may be required. Acceptable forms of identification include driver's license, employment ID, state-issued ID, current school ID, military ID, VA.
