After 2+ years of living here we recently relocated out of state but I have nothing but good things to say about the management staff. We did have issues with noise coming through the walls with the neighboring units but the management was quick to address this issue and came up with reasonable resolutions.
The complex featured amenities unique to the area such as a parking garage and a indoor pool which is a plus. Maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner with care. The management went to great lengths at the height of the pandemic to ensure that residents and visitors felt safe

I spent the happiest 6 years of my life (thus far) at the Alexander. The staff is excellent: professional, considerate, and responsive. I'd have stayed indefinitely if I hadn't been offered a job 150+ miles away.
I lived in the fitness center in the mornings. My wife enjoyed the outdoor pool in the summer. We had a reasonably priced storage unit on our floor. If I make my way back to Albany, career-wise, I would rent at the Alexander again.

I really enjoy living at the Alexander. It’s very conveniently located and the amenities are great. It’s been a tough year due to COVID-19 but the staff at the Alexander continue to keep a positive outlook and maintain professionalism and good customer service. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable apartment.

We have lived here for a while now and I couldn't imagine a better place to live. The management staff is very personable and professional. Any time we have had an issue they have always been very attentive and rectified the problem immediately. The apartments are spacious, very comfortable and pet friendly. The amenities are fantastic. There is a seasonal outdoor pool, year round indoor pool, gym, clubhouse with (free) coffee bar, business center, movie theater, two outdoor barbeques, outdoor fire pits, and spa with a masseuse. There are also storage spaces available and indoor garage parking
