I recently had a problem at All Tune and Lube on Eisenhower in Harrisburg. I had went there for an oil change, tire rotation, new windshield wiper blades, it was a special starting at $54.99. I go to all tune and lube all the time and never have I had a problem. Well the oil was draining out of the bottom of my vehicle. I was putting quarts in at a time. I tried to take my car back but because of the holidays they were closed. Of course this was inconvenient because I could not drive my car. So the Monday after Christmas when they were open Mike told me to bring the car right in. They immediately

Took 3 days to do Transmission flush & they had the car for a 4th day because of a holiday, in the process they broke a bolt & charged a extra 100 for labor totaling $400. I brought my own filters & alleged they were “defected”
When I picked up the car he claimed they called the dealer & they said it would have been a $1,000 job, for $1,000 I’d buy a new transmission..
Would never suggest getting their services..

I went in for an oil change and the guy saw I ran my one tire down to the metal stripes because my alignment was off. I could've had a blow out any time. I could've been stuck on the side of the road or even lost my life if I got back on the highway.
The staff were very nice and the waiting area was clean. I like that theres a window through to the actual shop so you can see what they are doing.

My son took my car here to get the power steering fixed, in Sept 2019. After that my car was never the same. From Sept 2019 to June 2021, he spent a total of approximately $4000.00. And the no work was never done tight without having to take it back. For example: The last time I was there, they were suppose to replace my alternator ffg or free because the one they put on there was bad. When I went to pick it up, and before I drove off the lot I heard this noise in my tires. They came out to tighten some bolts, and then I noticed I didn't have air. The mechanic said he forgot to put the freon back

I made appointment for Wednesday the 17th of February. Even though I was 15 minutes or more late they still got me in and work done in a timely matter. I had to have them check my brake lights since only the third brake light was functional. Both light bulbs were burnt out. The manager there is very knowledgeable,friendly,polite, professional and handles all issues as fast as possible. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this business for all your automotive needs. You won't be disappointed with the service and the way the staff
