I absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspection whether new,old or 11 month inspection this is the team you want for the job hands down. They are very professional, will educate you in the entire process to make sure you are clear and have a good understanding. There report is EXTREMELY thorough I can not stress that enough. You will not be disappointed. They have been doing inspections for a long time and it definitely shows. Definitely will not be disappointed I recommend them to all my friends and family and will be a repeat customer if I ever need their services

They checked everything from the basement to the attic and every inch on the outside, including the landscaping. You will not get a more thorough inspection. I am a first time home owner. I got the reference of Steve and Jonathan from one of my friend and hired them for my home inspection. To my expectation, they addressed all my questions regarding my new house.
They also educated me on a lot of things about the house and its structure, which I did not know about. I find him very helpful. I have referred him to some of my friends and we all are very happy with his work.

This has by far been the best decision I have made. I made aware of Steve through a referral at the last minute and was not disappointed with the service knowledge and professionality of Steve. If you are ever looking for a Home inspector who cares and takes the time to get the job done right, Look no further than Steve. I have more confidence with my builder after the inspection that Steve Gave. My builder is even confident with my decisions and we are progressing well without no hick ups. Steve and Jonathan delivered for us. We needed to know based on the building code in our state, what were the issues of our newly built home after 12 month. The report they provided was thorough and allowed us the best opportunity to seek a resolve and path forward with the builder of our home. We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend Top to Bottom Home Inspection to anyone needing an honest assessment of any home before you buy or build it.
