They were excellent! My husband and I are first time home buyers, so we wanted to make sure everything was good with our home we are purchasing. He made sure to take his time and explain everything in detail, he certainly made us feel at ease. I had the distinct pleasure of listening to Ray explain to me every question I asked him while he was inspecting my home. He took time and not gave me the sewer I wanted to hear but he gave me the answers that was the truth. He has an awesome personality and he took his time inspecting my home. Ray did an amazing job and truly took pride in his work and what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and personable in his responses to my questions. He truly treated me, his client as family. Ray was on time, on time. He arrive at the home over 30 minutes prior to start time. He did not rush the process. Ray took his time and inspected every inch of the home.
