Hann's pharmacy is really great. It's a small operation but packs a big punch. I had to use them a few times when a bigger pharmacy - Giant or Walgreens was out of medicine. If it was closer to me I'd probably use them more often but when I'm in the area I definitely make it a point to do a refill there! The staff are all very courteous and helpful and make sure to fully understand your insurance.

Three weeks ago I received my Covid booster at Hann’s pharmacy. There was a complete lack of organization or structure to the process, no thought put into tracking appointment times or patient flow. It was difficult not to be in close contact wiht other patients as there was no seperate sections for those waiting for vaccine and those being monitored following vaccination. Most upsetting is the pharmacy technician that gave me my vaccine injected me too high on my shoulder which cause immense pain at the time and shortly after. Three weeks later I continue to have pain and limited range of motion

Best service I have encountered.
They go above and beyond to assist you as a customer, they see the person behind the prescription and in addition, they have the most cute rare items to purchase like a boutique store.
Thank you all and especially Joel and another great lady which I do not recall her name opened the pharmacy late when I needed an urgent prescription filled before flying the next day. (she is the most left person on the website - I think Allison).

Hann’s is a throw back to the days when personalized service was the norm- the pharmacists and staff take the time to walk through instructions and make sure that I never leave with any unanswered questions. They have tons of supplements as well, and really know their stuff! If they don’t have what you are looking for, they order it for you!

Absolutely gorgeous, independent pharmacy. Tiny store, but so many interesting items there. Items from a local goat milk product line for example. COVID supplies in every imaginable version -- specifically masks.
Able to get my COVID booster and get on about the day.

it is worth going out of the way to shop here, esp if you might be looking for some pharmacy-related, special, one-of-a-kind gift items.

My husband and I received our COVID vaccinations here several months ago and the process was seamless. The staff seemed genuinely interested in helping the patients and really made a positive impression on me. I went back to the pharmacy recently to fill a prescription and left with a wealth of knowledge about options for treating my pain. This must be what pharmacies were like back in the day...so glad I found Hann's.

I don't know how to say thank you to the wonderful staff in Hann's pharmacy. My doctor sent a prescription to Hann's pharmacy in a rush, and I was told to travel to Fairfax location in a short notice while I was still working in DC! I know I couldn't make it before their closing hour, so I called the staff multiple times and requested them to wait for me, and they did. Eventually I was able to pick the prescription after their normal business hour on the same day because the staff's help, I want to say thank you to their staff, esp Joel Lopez, he is very professional and helpful.

Updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars! ORIGINAL REVIEW : I had the bad luck dealing with this pharmacy and not having any other choices than them for fertility treatment. They are rude I had last minutes order injections and I called to ask the coverage and my responsibility the person says it is not covered. I called my insurance to double check and IT IS covered. the dr needs to send the details for the authorization…etc I called the dr to send the details, and call the pharmacy back the person rudely said they only cover pharmacy plans and not medical plans. COULDNT you say this from the

Hann's Pharmacy is the best! What a nice change of pace from CVS, Walgreens, etc. The attention to detail and customer care is second to none. In addition to being a full-service pharmacy (including fertility medication) they also have such a cute gift shop, compression garments, essential oils, and more. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend Hann's Pharmacy for any of your needs.

Without a doubt, this pharmacy and its staff are the most conscientious and caring with which I have ever worked. They go out of their way to advocate for their patients with doctors and insurance companies. On countless occasions Hann's Pharmacy identified prescriptions that, if taken as prescribed, would have resulted in dangerous reactions. I've been going to this pharmacy for my IVF medications and this review is strictly for their superb customer service! I recently had a situation where I didn't get enough of a dose of a certain timed medication from their compounding partner , Preston's pharmacy in Arlington and I was freaking out. I immediately called Hann's to find a solution and they went above and beyond to not only make me my medication but they also delivered it to my doorstep, which was much appreciated . Ladies in need of IVF medications last minute this review is for you. IVF WARRIORS absolutely need to look out for one another. Please avoid Hann's Pharmacy - unless you don't care about being totally taken advantage of as the patient. IVF cycle protocols can change day-by-day and last minute. I needed an extra HCG trigger shot last minute. I called Hann's and they quoted me as a self-paying patient $345 for a HCG trigger medication that is normally between $99-$135 at other specialty pharmacies. The pharmacist said because it's last minute and because I'm not buying meds

Excellent customer service. I received 2 out of state quotes for very high cost Rxs. Hann's was able to price match and offer me the same Rxs locally. I worked primarily with Joel who was very responsive, answered all my questions, and provided great followup to ensure I received my shipment. Would highly recommend!
