Known as the yoga of fulfillment and self-reliance, Kundalini Yoga is both a physical and meditative practice. Kundalini Yoga classes and one-on-one virtual sessions use a combination of breathing exercises, postures/asanas, mantras, and meditations. Through this practice, the goal is to help you awaken the dormant energy within your system.
Your child's amazing journey begins when it enters your womb and during gestation your child connects with your essence for the first time. That is why I work so closely with moms who want to feel nurtured, supported and balanced; and your children benefit too. I am a Khalsa Way PreNatal Yoga certified instructor, which allows me to help in this specific modality to help moms feel empowered, educated, and confident.
