I had purchased warranty when I bought my car from CarMax a few years ago. Recently, the car seat warmer on the driver's side was not working, and the axel on the driver side had cracked. Staff was so friendly and personable! They got me in quick for an inspection, and checked everything over for me, knowing I was driving to disney the next day. The texting program they use is amazing. Also can't say enough about the video of my diagnosis, seeing the worn tread on my tires compared to new ones, and showing me the wearing on the breaks, wow it was amazing! Also, no more phone tag to authorize needed repairs, you can authorize or decline services and sign off via text and receive you quote immediately. It was a pleasure to take my van here and I will be back!

Took my car in and in a Couple of hours I received a text with a video attached I opened it up and it was a detailed explanation with the video on what was wrong with my car showing me the issue with the brakes and I thought that was an incredible service to provide the way they keep in touch with you it makes the service so easy great job Jeff and his team, The work was completed in a timely manner and they sent me on my way I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs auto repair that’s looking for somebody they can trust

I recently got a new car and moved to the warwick area within the last year. I had a radiator and over heating issue. Primary Care Auto Repair was in my area and had great reviews. I can now see why! They took such good care of me and my jeep. They stayed in communication, sent me a video of what exactly was wrong and even though my warranty place was unorganized they worked with me to get it solved. Jen and Jeff, THANK YOU! Read whole review I went here to get a flywheel and maybe a starter surprisingly I didn't need the starter took truck home but after a couple small tasks it wouldn't start they take truck back no problem look at it and I don't know why something must have finally let go but I needed the starter. But now I've got to pay for a starter and the labor when if they did it the first time I wouldn't need more labor. Nope owner call me to apologize and the starter job is on him he felt bad for the mistake. A couple weeks later started is giving me trouble every 10 time I start other take it back again has
