This allows YOU to see your progress in an easy format. You will see where you started, how far you've come, and where you're going. We have many tools that we use to stay connected outside the gym to help hold clients accountable.

We operate in the realm of reality. Building and coaching sustainable lifestyles. Our environment is full of people just like you, who are looking to lead a healthier lifestyle. This is done through a high level of nutritional coaching and constant feedback on your meals. Additionally, IronWood's clients are held to a high degree of accountability to their goals.
We work to target your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone. We combine several types of exercise, such as flexibility, strength, and resistance training. A continual treatment plan will be used, if needed, to ensure joint mobility and strength. Setting you on the path to long-term success!

Ironwood has been a vital part of my journey. I have lost 27lbs in the weeks I've been with them. I am 56 and I run into a few issues every now and then, vertigo being a big one. The instructors have been patient and understanding and make adaptations to routine exercises to compensate for the vertigo issues. Its been a wonderful experience.

I have really enjoyed working out at Ironwood. I have always enjoyed working out and have done CrossFit, Bodyplex or just enjoying my runs. However, with Ironwood, I have been committed to my workouts more than I have in the past. The small classes makes it feel personal. I have lost 30 pounds overall and gained muscle. I can tell how the training has helped my running. Just come in and talk with them… you will see what I mean.

I started with Ironwood a little over and month ago, was hesitant to begin because although I’m not 100% new to working out- it had been YEARS since I did. James and Laura have been GREAT! They are encouraging, motivating and professional! They are great at meeting you were you’re at- and building you up! Not only physically, but motivationally speaking. I would HIGHLY recommend Ironwood, the positive atmosphere adds to James and Laura’s knowledge of fitness and nutrition.

Really needed something to change up my routine. Plus I am having a medical procedure done soon and wanted to get stronger. The process of having classes that are always different, constant communication with staff, and everyday encouragement has already made a difference in one short month. James is the best. He always encourages me and pushes me to keep going when I want to stop. I have enjoyed trying all the new equipment and exercises he has introduced me to. I love the small group environment. It is much better than going to the “gym.” He holds me accountable for the food choices that I make and offers suggestions and new recipes. If you need support and guidance while you are trying to get healthy and lose weight Ironwood is the place for you!

I love the workouts because they are different every single day. We don’t do the same boring workouts. James is super patient and understanding. He genuinely cares about his clients. The Ironwood Family is a great group. The trainer James is very encouraging and supportive. He offers flexibility to the workouts to work well with different body types and fitness levels. I've been able to learn how to better count my macros and eat more healthy because of James. I'm very impressed with the inches lost around my stomach and back fat. I would recommend making a commitment to yourself and working with James to get you on track with fitness goals!
