I believe in Chiropractic care immensely. Dr. Bates is, in my opinion, a great ambassador for Chiropractic care and a super practitioner. I love to jog and he helps me to keep running the race. I see Dr. Bates for low back and neck pain from various accidents. Improvements are learning how to manage the pain with both exercise and Chiropractic treatment from Dr. Bates.
This helps me avoid medications. I also feel more limber, sleep better, and have a much clearer focus on day to day projects. I had a neck reversal, high right shoulder, and low to mid back pain. Chiropractic has corrected all those problems and has improved my health and health consciousness IMMENSELY!The Doctor and staff here are friendly and truly do care how you feel and take the extra time to let you know!

Dr Bates is thorough, effective, and professional and his wife Donna who works the front is a joy to see everytime i go. Ive been going for years and prefer his opinion before going to my general care physician, ad he is very reasonably priced, works well with my insurance, and they do not gouge. Also they are handling covid restrictions very well and the service has not suffered a bit.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bates for at least 37 years. I would not go to anyone else! He takes his job seriously and knows his patients. I have 5 kids and he has and is treating them all at one time or other. The oldest is 45. One of my sons is a bull rider and Dr. Bates keeps him on his feet!! At times I’ve practically crawled in to the office and he has me standing tall by the time I leave! He is the best of the best!!!

We were in desperate need of a chiropractor. We had a list referred by our insurance company and made many phone calls and appointments. But my wife had a "feeling" about this place because of their outgoing message stating "having a blessed day". She cancelled the other appointments and scheduled with Dr. Bates. After one visit, she already feels 100% better. We also found out that he is from our home town of Ventura and went to Chiropractic school as our former chiropractor.

Dr. Bates truly is the BEST Chiropractor EVER!!!
I have seen several until I met him & I will never see any other!
I TRUST him more than I can express & I always leave his office with less pain than I walked in with..
He has helped me with my back pain...neck pain.. foot pain.. pain caused by car accidents.. Oh & the slip & falls I've had over time, plus fixes my pain from whatever other clumsy mishaps I have done to myself.. I don't know what I would do without him! And his amazing wife & Donna is one amazing person, I love her so much she always has a smile & makes me feel like family! You

Mr. Bates is awesome.. very professional and knows what he is doing. From the get go, he has asked the right questions and has helped me tremendously with my back pain. Everything from alignments and adjustments to the back support with instructions to ice have contributed to decreasing the level of pain in my lower back.
