Elizabeth is an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly cannot express how wonderful she was in helping me with insurance for my daughter after I was suddenly dropped from medi-cal. I stopped by the office unannounced and was able to get help right away even without an appointment. Elizabeth was kind and understanding about my situation and helped me figure out my coverage right away. I appreciated her follow up as well.
