We have had a very difficult move, so naturally I assumed getting an attorney to review our preliminary documents before closing would also be difficult. But no!!! Brad is really great! He delivered the eviction notice himself. To me thats going above and beyond! When I called, he was really helpful and he gave a lot of detailed information on how it works without asking for a dime.
