I went to this location years ago to use up my insurance the year was almost out and I would have lost it. The dentist just to use all my insurance money and told me she thinks I should remove my silver fillings an get clear my teeth have never been the same to this day when I eat a potato chip on the left side it hurts. Part of one of the clear fillings she put in has come out and my tooth is turning in color. I felt she did me the patient a disservice and wanted to collect the insurance money all in one visit. I didn't pay the bill because I was not satisfied with the work. I've paid in pain

New Dental Images (Elk Grove) is an awesome dentist! All the staff members are friendly and treat the patients with respect and care. I definitely felt welcomed and not awkward as a new patient. They call you at your scheduled time and are very transparent about your dental treatment. I highly recommend this dentist and you will definitely get your money's worth! I also love that they are very flexible with appointments and you don't have to wait months for your next dental treatment, with the exception of routine cleaning (every 6 months).

Beware! I was overcharged by over $800 out of pocket at one visit. It took them over 3 months to finally reimburse me after calling them as well as my insurance over and over and over. So make sure to check with your insurance after you are billed.
Then I was having a lot pain after getting the work done and when I went back the there was no answer to what was wrong and the issue did not get resolved.
I had to go to a different dentist to figure out what the pain was from. Apparently my bite was uneven causing a lot of pain.

We have been taking our daughter here for a few years now and we love it. Their dental office is very clean and neat. Dr. Dang and hygienists are excellent with my daughter and always speaks to her in a way she could understand without using terrifying words. Honestly this is the best dental experience I've had. All staffs are friendly. I would like to say thanks to Mrs. Moana and Michelle always do the best for me and Dr. Dang is an awesome and talented doctor. I got a deep cleaning and a bridge of three of my teeth with no pain at all. I am really satisfied with my bridge teeth it looks like my real one. Thank you all. I always have such an amazing experience here. The receptionist, Maria, is fantastic and so is Dr. Dang and all the other staff members. As a new patient I felt very welcomed! The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are very nice and knowledgeable! Came across Dr. Dang a few weeks ago when my boyfriend had a tremendous toothache. I read most of the reviews and visited their website prior to making an appointment and no regrets! I have wanted to get clear correct to straighten out my teeth for the longest time. In the beginning, I would ask Dr. Dang how the process would work. She was kind enough to answer any and all questions I had during my routine teeth cleanses. After awhile, I decided to go for it and Dr. Dang and her staff were more than accommodating. We did multiple teeth moldings and within a few weeks, I had my clear correct ready. It definitely is a step up from having braces.

I saw the ad on groupon. The doctor is very rude,and scam. I wish Ihd viewed their yelp first. They even deserve 0. Just scam business. Dont go there. Clean office, nice front desk makes no sence. I am very sure they are gonne shut down their business.
