I feel like the prices continue to change (we are in here monthly - every other month). The last 2 times being here my nails haven't lasted a full week after spending $150ish (each time!!) This last time I still had to go home and fix my toe nail because they left part of the ingrown in there stabbing me. (Which was the reason I came in. In the 1st place 🙄)
We've come to realize this place is hit or miss even when requesting a person that has "got it right" previously.
However, the business is very clean, very welcoming, and very friendly.

The place was very clean & the staff was amazing! Peter did my nails & Choy did my pedicure. Both employees were very nice and did a great job! Peter was hands down the best person I’ve ever had do my nails. If you tell him exactly what you want he will make it happen. The only advice I have is that if I walk in and Peter is working please don’t ask for him because I want him to do my nails when I’m there! (: Overall it was a great experience!

The people were friendly. The pedicure turned out great. The manicure hurt like crazy. She was very rough and when she filed the sides she made me bleed on four fingers. She kept apologizing and said she would tell her manager for me. But that did not happen. I now have to go to my doctor as I developed and infection on one of my fingers and it’s very painful to touch.

First visit to this salon, going to get my nails done for my birthday. Walked in and one person looked at me walking in and never said a word just went back to working. Nobody acknowledged my presence and nobody came to help me. After 5 minutes of waiting I left because I was clearly not even appreciated for walking in. 4 people were doing services on 3 people. Couldn’t even ask what I needed or provide a wait time. Definitely won’t be back to try.

I have been coming here for a little while because it’s close to where I live. I always book with NiNi because she always does a good job - this last time, the gentleman at front suggested that anyone could do it so I agreed. Wrong decision! The person doing my nails was obviously in training because he did the most horrible job I’ve ever seen. When I complained and went back to just have them removed, I was told they would “fix it”. I allowed this. Yes, it looked slightly better but they still looked bad. Instead of just being honest and admitting it was a bad job, they did everything

This is by far my favorite place to get my nails done. They’re always helpful and I never feel rushed. Today I showed up 10 minutes before they closed for a dip manicure and they didn’t make me feel bad at all. Tin was super helpful - he even said, I don’t mind staying late - what a guy! Their prices are extremely reasonable and the quality is never off.

I am very disappointed with the service received. It seemed like the ladies there do not know how to do dip nails properly. One of the ladies peeled off my skin while trying to buff my nails. Also, the nails aren't smooth and the shape isn't even- all my nails look so different. I had to go to another nail salon to get my nails redone. This happened to me and two of my friends. Never coming back again.

Don't use their online appointment scheduling system. I had a screenshot of the appointment I made 4 days ahead of time (I booked a specific time with a specific person for a gel manicure) and was turned away even though I showed the receptionist my appointment confirmation from THEIR website. She blamed it on a computer glitch. I have been a loyal customer and am shocked at the lack of service I received today. They didn't even offer to have another nail tech assist, the receptionist said I should come back another time. No thanks, I'll go to one of the many other options in town

I was able to make an appointment through Fresha online and it was super easy! I even came in 15 minutes early and they were still able to take me in :)
They had MANY colors to chose from, all very organized against a wall.
As soon as I sat down they asked if I wanted refreshments and were very polite. I had Choi do my nails today with nexgen, and I had expressed how my nails were very thin and dry from building and painting furniture. She was very knowledgeable about my concerns and was very gentle! I left the shop very happy with her work!

My husband and I were on a business trip to Dallas/The Colony area and I really needed to get my nails done.
I called on Sunday noon and they were happy to accommodate me within next 30-45 minutes which it was great. I can't remember the lady's and the gentleman's name that we're doing my pedicure & manicure but they were both very professional and really made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place if you want your nails done nicely & get a good treatment.

I've been here a few times, and each time has been superb! I love that I can book an appointment online for specific services. My last 2 services were with NiNi and she's wonderful! She makes sure I am relaxed and does a great pedicure! They also take all Covid precautions and space all clients out. Highly recommend this salon!

Hands down the best nail salon in North Dallas! I've been going to Jennifer for months and she never disappoints. I had to move recently and still make the drive to see her ever two weeks for my dip. Can't recommend her or this place enough:) everyone is so friendly and the other customers seem just as happy!

Went to Nails Makeover for the first time last night. First off, I LOVELOVELOVE my nails. Gia gave me dip with glitter tipped ombré and it's fabulous! Clean edges, no bumps, perfectly shaped. Sue did my Signature Pedicure and that was great, too. Both Gia and Sue were friendly, kind, fun to talk with and very professional. Entire salon was clean, no concerns with social distancing, everyone wore masks, very competitive pricing, huge selection of colors, effects, products. I had to find a new nail salon after my nail lady of 4 years moved so I booked with nails makeover. I had my first experience here last week and loved it! I was greeted by Happy whom seated me promptly and asked if I would like any refreshments. Unbeknownst to me he was actually my nail technician and BLEW MY MIND with his knowledge of nails/dipping powder, attention to detail and sunny disposition. I've tried many designs on my nails, I've done all types of nail coverage and natural. I've done gel and just regular polish with my pedicures too. No matter what I get they always do a good job and treat me very friendly!

I love Nails Makeover. I decided to write a review after their great job with my bridal party. They fit our group in right before the wedding and were super accommodating. I’ve been coming here for about a year now and really like that they’re so clean and punctual. I feel like I never have to wait a long time for service like some other salons. You can tell they’re much more sanitary than other salons too. They do a really great job on nails – I love my NexGen super thin and they never disappoint.
