I can't tell you how great Premier Properties and their staff are. I worked with them for several years for vacation rentals, and they always had my house booked. I would recommend them over and over again as they really are the best. They are careful, precise, and screen clients more than most other management company's. Go with them. They are the best.

Premiere Properties really came through with outstanding lodging and great customer service. The home we stayed in was lovely and gave us a much needed get-away in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees, a stream and mountain views. The caretaker for the home was available immediately when we called to ask a question. 5 Stars.

Premier Properties is a first rate vacation rental booking outfit.
I have seen the pictures from the house rented and what happened is very well documented. From the pictures, it looks like the prior negative reviewer had a spring break party and might have been having too much "fun" to remember all the damage he and his friends caused.
Do not let one bad apple with one bad experience ruin how you book your vacation trip.
If you are an adult looking for a professional vacation rental company, Premier Properties is the "premier" choice. Premier always responds to reasonable customer requests

Absolute crooks. Avoid these people at all costs. We just left from staying in one of their houses, and charges are pouring in almost hourly ($100, $200, $100...). Evidently we created "extensive damage" --although they cannot explain exactly what that damage is "for several more days" OR why it is coming in multiple charges. There was absolutely NO DAMAGE to the property on our part. None. We went out of our way to wash linens and take out trash before our departure. Half of the lights were inoperable upon our arrival but we understood it was a private residence and lived with it. Concessions
