Several months ago I stopped by to inquire about renting an apartment. There was a short, frumpy, woman talking with a tall gentleman in a uniform of some sort outside the leasing office. The woman asked “can I help you”? I stated “I’d like some information about renting an apartment”. The woman replied “the leasing agent is off today, can you come back tomorrow?”
As I was leaving I stopped to speak with a woman that was in the playground area. I asked her who was outside the leasing office and she told me they were Karen the office manager and Rick a maintenance man. I told her

Great place to live. Enjoyed my time there. Had friendly neighbors and never had a problem with management. Has some amenities like the pool which is cool, but unfortunately I never used them so can’t give an opinion there. Never heard complaints though. Overall would recommend. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

RUN LIKE HELL!! Very dirty place with roaches and mice. The manager and office staff are pathological liars and will blame you for all that goes wrong. Make sure you document because they are evil people. The building is nasty and nothing is sanitized. Low class of folk live here. I’ll be spreading the word to all of Lehigh Valley not to move here. It will be your worst nightmare. They deserve a big negative 0 rating!

DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. $1500+ for a two bedroom and I still have to pay to use the pool in “my” own neighborhood. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!!!! You can hear your neighbors speak, play music, argue. I can smell my neighbors cat litter when they don’t clean it. You can hear everyone’s dog bark. No insulation in the walls. You’re not allowed to decorate your balcony to your liking or they will charge a fee. They charge a fee for everything you do. All they want is money but refuse to provide the service they advertise to there residents. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I like this place. It's super nice, clean and close to high standing for the area. They are responsif for maintenance and the guy is respectful.
But the pool and the gym are extra charges you have to add, you have to pay separately and price for the pool vary according to how many rooms you have. That is a major turn off for me!
