I was talking with John Mach and he asked me about refinancing my home. John works with Quicken Loans and had explained how the process worked and how much money I could save. The process was simple and painless, closed the loan in less than 10 days and am saving quite a bit of money! Thank you John, your staff and the Quicken Loans Team for your help, professionalism and empathy during this process. In fact, it was such a great experience, I have referred John to family and friends. My only regret was I wish I had done this sooner!!!
