I can’t say I love going to the dentist, ever… but the whole team at Goodsmiles is pretty amazing. Front desk staff are great and always ready to help, Michelle is MY GIRL and is so so loved by her patients, and Dr Roane is super nice and does a great job. I have been going here for more than 10 years and recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Myra always make me feel comfortable. She is very nice and easy to hold a conversation with. She is down to earth. She is like a ray of sunshine. She is the first person at this dentist office to make me feel welcome and happy to visit. I been coming to this dentist office for years. They have had so many employees come and go. I hope Myra stay for a long time.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL establishment. Did a procedure on my daughter and she was in extreme pain with no help from the office staff or the dentist. They are money hungry. Putting a cap on my daughter’s tooth and… charging insurance only to tell her they are going to try to schedule something with a root canal specialist. Obviously that should have been done to begin with. Because the office staff whose name is April there I get told that I will not be able to be seen for my follow up cleaning that I have already paid for because she’s a privileged cry baby. Nice job on charging

I do and I don’t recommend this place. Dr. Roane is great dentist. However I had my teeth cleaned last week by their new Dental Hygienist Jennifer and her red headed assistant. They both did a half fast job!! And they were unprofessional! I have had my teeth cleaned plenty of times so I know when someone does a good job and they did not do a good job.

This dental office is super!! From the moment I walked in I felt good about the practice. The office was immaculate and they had social distanced chairs in the waiting room. Dr Good was very pleasant and demonstrated from the X-rays what I needed. When I went to the front desk Amanda was very nice and she explained the two options for me and also the cost of both.

If I could give Dr. Pamela Good a great review every day of the week I would , From the first time I went to her , she was unlike ANY dentist I’d been to ( and I’ve been to A LOT!) one of the things about her , is you don’t feel you’re being talked AT , she talks to you ! Hears you ! Figures realistic plans for you! I have gone years without taking… care of my teeth , not because I did not want to , financial reasons , she’s never made me feel ashamed ! She’s the first dentist who Although she may see what that neglect caused , you won’t feel embarrassed

A bumpy start at first but the staff and Dr Pam stepped up and addressed the issues. We learn by our mistakes, right? Overall the staff is warm and welcoming and Dr Pam is wonderful. If you are looking for a dentist that will listen to you and give it to you straight then please call the office! Oh, by the way ...if you have mobility issues they will see you downstairs vs having too climb upstairs to the office. Just let them know when you call for your appt!

The practice has gone down hill over the last several years. Yesterday the front office could not find my insurance information in my file, and the information has not changed since my last visit 6 months ago (when they had no trouble finding it). Once I was called back, I waited in the chair a good 15 minutes before the x-ray technician came to do the x-rays. The woman who did the x-rays was very nice though. After the x-rays and the gum assessment I sat and waited close to 20 minutes before Dr. Roane arrived for the examination. Once he arrived I was pleased to discover that he is very nice

My first time at GoodSmiles this morning. What a great experience. Wonderful staff and fast, efficient, excellent service from start to finish.
My dentist Dr. Roane was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, Jon my hygienist was personable and great at what he does, and Matthew at the desk was fantastic - he did everything with a smile and extremely helpful attitude! Highly recommended!
