I've been using St. James Mortgage for years, and each time the process has been flawless, painless and a joy to work through. Highly recommend St. James, even over the bigger mortgage factories in town. The rates are every bit as good, but serviced by personable professionals who know their stuff and care about you as a client.

This is one of those rare mortgage companies that know how to take care of their customers. It's a small company, with a very personal and friendly feeling, and they will never sell your loan to other banks (as other Mortgage companies do). They make the whole process of refinancing feel easy, simple and fast.
I mortgaged my first house in 2003 with them and then refinanced in 2012 and 2019. I highly recommend them.
