Hurtubise Weber Law
Our immigration services include lawful permanent residency (green cards), naturalization (citizenship) and visas for small businesses, entrepreneurs and families. Every family is unique, and special circumstances affect immigration needs. We provide an individualized approach and personal attention to help you with your green card application or naturalization.

Small businesses and employees face a convoluted landscape of different visas and green card options. We listen to your circumstances and guide you through to the best solution for your company and candidate. There is no start-up visa in the U.S. When working with entrepreneurs, we take a practical and innovative approach to make the existing immigration system work for your new venture.
Services
If you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (you have a "green card"), then you may be able to petition for a family member to get their green card. Your relative must be your spouse or child, or if you are a U.S. citizen, they may also be your parent or sibling.

You must make enough money or have enough assets to financially support your relative and serve as a financial sponsor for them, or you must find another U.S. citizen or green card holder who is willing to serve as a joint sponsor. We can tell you if your relative is ineligible for the green card because they are subject to a bar, and whether they are eligible to apply for a waiver of that bar.
There are a number of options that allow professionals to work and conduct business in the U.S. Each of these has specific legal requirements, advantages and disadvantages. If you are a small business owner and are trying to figure out how to sponsor someone for a visa, get a free consultation to explain the options and process available to you.
Start-ups and entrepreneurs are in a fluid state, and U.S. immigration law offers no obvious visa path for them. We consider these challenges to be opportunities, and we work with you to develop and execute the best strategy for your new venture. This visa allows entrepreneurs with an existing foreign company to start an a new company in the U.S.
This includes a consultation but is more than that. We review your detailed intake form and your documents; talk to you about your specific circumstances, your concerns and your goals; and figure out the best plan for you. We review all of your evidence as you collect it. We then suggest changes and make additions to your homework list as we learn more about your case.

Great company with wonderful people. We worked with Isabelle and her staff and they were amazing. Me and my wife got answers to all of our questions, they were fast, precise and very very kind. We're sure honesty is their motto because they tell you immediately if there's any red flag in your case. Their costs are totally payable,we were able to pay them month to month. We highly recommend them if you need a good and reliable lawyer.

We hired Isabelle to handle our family based immigration case last year. She and her team were very thorough in paperwork with tons of knowledge to share, and are always available to answer any questions. Special thanks to Aleyda for being an awesome paralegal and getting back to us in time whenever needed. Their team and process is top-notch and we highly recommended them to handle your immigration case in these uncertain times.

Nicole helped me with the Immigrant Visa process for my spouse and son. 'Professional with a human touch' is how I'd summarize my experience with them. Right from the outset, Nicole and her team have promptly responded to EVERY single one of my phone calls, emails and text messages. They have gone out of their way to answer my queries, assuage my concerns and provide suggestions. Am very thankful to Nicole and her team for their help in getting my family here. Special call-out to Aleyda for her hard work and responsiveness through the process. Highly recommended!!

Isabelle and her associates awesome! They helped my wife with her Green Card process and they were there every step of the way. Isabelle or her paralegal would always promptly answer our emails and Isabelle met with us whenever we wanted to ask questions in person.

Our process took almost 1.5 years due to the current President's administrations immigration policies, but it all worked out in the end. If you have any second thoughts about hiring a lawyer for your immigration issues, don't hesitate in coming to Hurtubise Weber law.

I have known Ms. Nicole through my friend. I came to her office and met her when I received the denied application for 10 year green card. I was so afraid of removing process. At the first time, Ms. Nicole was calm me down, listened to me, and took notes about my case carefully. After that she advised me to reapply. In case, I have to go to the court, she will refer me to another lawyer. To be honest, Nicole is the best lawyers that I've met.
My process was so quickly and smooth. It's about 16 months, I have 10 year green card without interviews
Nicole and her teams are so professional

Our application for my permanent greencard wasn't the easiest case to work on but Nicole did a wonderful job helping us preparing it. Being absolutely knowledgeable, patient and efficient, she made sure we understood how the process would go, and what to expect. She asked a lot of questions from the beginning to evaluate the case, and told us what documents to use to strengthen the application as well as improve the disadvantage factors. Her communication was always prompt and transparent, and she kept us updated with all the changes in immigration laws which happened a lot and frequently during

My experience with Hurtubise Weber Law was a positive one with a great outcome!
Nicole and Isabelle were great to work with. After an initial face to face conference I was informed about my realistic chances of having a successful outcome in trying to petition my Vietnamese wife home to states. She had been rejected previously (first attempt) when I worked with a another firm.
Nicole and Aleyda were always responsive to my concerns and questions, they guided me along the way through mountains of documents with concise direction.
Aside from an initial face to face everything was done electronically

I worked with Nicole on my husbands Spouse Visa and adjustment of status process and she was amazing. From the first time we met she always was honest and let us know what we were in for during the process. She advised us on the different scenarios we could be facing along the way. We started the process in July of 2018 and had our interview in September of this year and she was with us throughout the whole process. We received his Green Card a few weeks after our interview. It was a pleasure working with her. She always answered all my emails in a timely manner and went above and beyond to help

Highly recommended. Even for those who think they don't need legal assistance for their case, I recommend to go through Hurtubise Weber and you'll see that it's worth it. They'll save you from making any mistakes and they'll make sure your case is as strong as possible. They're experienced, very knowledgeable, and better than other immigration attorneys in the Bay Area that I have worked with.

Hurtubise Weber Law was recommended to me through friends. Isabelle Hurtubise's name was mentioned a few times and I'm extremely happy that my husband and I worked with her law firm to on my case. It's been a long process but Isabelle was there for us every step of the way, from prepping the documents, advising on important things, explaining things that were not clear through representing us during an interview. She was there with us and you felt she was fully present, had your back at all times and cared for the positive outcome. That truly meant a lot. The whole process is stressful

My husband and I used Hurtubise Weber Law for help with my husband's permanent resident process. The Hurtubise Weber team is without a doubt professional and well knowledgeable of immigration policy. From when we first started the process in 2016 to my husband receiving permanent resident status in 2018, immigration policy seemed to always be changing as seen in the news. But Hurtubise Weber was always there to guide us and provide insight. We worked with Nicole and Natalie who were very helpful and EASY to contact if we had any questions or concerns. By the time my husband and I had our interview

Isabelle is a phenomenal immigration attorney. As the founder of an early stage startup in San Francisco, she has been invaluable in helping us navigate the immigration process with hiring employees.

She is extremely responsive, and takes the time to explain the process, steps, and timeline. I would recommend her to any company or individual in need of an immigration attorney.

Yelp says "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" and this is an accurate description.
I have a complex case for immigration. I originally applied for investment immigration EB-5 in 1997 but was unable to remove conditions at 2 years due to issues with the business we invested in. The case went to immigration court and was ultimately stuck in limbo and pending for the past 19 years.
I had subsequently gotten married but my case to re-apply for immigration was complex. I had applied once on my own and was rejected.

With my rejection letter in hand, I contacted 7 law firms in both the Bay Area
