I have known Ms. Nicole through my friend. I came to her office and met her when I received the denied application for 10 year green card. I was so afraid of removing process. At the first time, Ms. Nicole was calm me down, listened to me, and took notes about my case carefully. After that she advised me to reapply. Our application for my permanent greencard wasn't the easiest case to work on but Nicole did a wonderful job helping us preparing it.
