Evie has been teaching in the San Gabriel Valley since 2009 in various locations: Arcadia, Sierra Madre, Monrovia and Pasadena. Evie offers a variety of sessions, which include mat classes, private and duo sessions on the equipment. Evie's Pilates training through BASI (Body Arts and Science International) has prepared her to teach this respected and well established method of Pilates.
Evie's teaching style involves personal guidance and program tailoring for each of her students. This personal approach proves to provide every client with the best experience and results, in a private or group /class setting.

To ensure the right start to your fitness program, Evie offers an optional complimentary consultation to all new clients to introduce or review Pilates fundamentals, address personal goals and answer any questions or concerns you may have.This way when you join in on a class, or start your private sessions on the equipment, you're well equipped and ready to dive into the session or class.

Pilates is an exercise method developed by Joseph Pilates during the 1920's. It evolved originally from a rehabilitation system for prisoners of war and then later transitioned into attracting those interested in physical fitness. Joseph Pilates vision and method has been perpetuated through the dedication of a small group of students who have continued to teach the method and today, we can see how it has exploded into a world-wide phenomenon!
