Went to store #990 in Surprise, Az for a pair of Amber Iron Ranger boots that I have wanted for awhile now. Salesman Terence patiently helped getting me fitted with the right size. When looking for a pair of great work shoes/boots this is the place! Average cost per pair is $200-$250 but they LAST and are worth every dollar. The staff is incredibly professional and personable.

Went to store #990 in Surprise,Az for a pair of Amber Iron Ranger boots that I have wanted for awhile now. Salesman Terence patiently helped getting me fitted with the right size . Ol girl was bowed up bad tonight. She had 2 waiting 2 being helped. She kept her cool. Super nice. And she found the boots I wanted in my size and had them shipped in.

A requirement at my new job is steel toes so I went into the Surprise store for a pair. Without having a clue as to what I was looking for, Rebecca was very helpful and informative, explaining different types of shoes and boots, showing me the company-covered options. Victoria was also very friendly. Nice store, great service, good selection. Thank you Red Wing ladies!

While looking for a pair of slip on work boots, Jessica was a great help in telling how they should and shouldn't fit. On top of being patient she was kind and offered to clean the boots I had on! My overall experience was quick and easy and one that made me more likely to come back when I need a resole.

Victoria was great she was very helpful and did everything she could to make sure I left there a happy customer. It was nice because she believed in her product and had a very good attitude you could tell she really cared about what she was doing.

Been here a few times. Love the staff here, Victoria and another staff member I cant remember his name, have helped me and my wife. Victoria helped my wife find a pair of lightweight shoes for her and has helped me with my boots, brought them in today (8/24/21) for a defect in the soles. Victoria, after helping another customer with something, immediately helped me with my warranty, and got my order in swiftly. The other gentleman that had helped me with my first pair of Redwing's and helped me figure out I was wearing 2 sizes to large and got me into the perfect size with the foot measurement

I’ve been to a few different Red Wing stores around the valley and the location in Surprise is by far the best one. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and polite. Red Wing Shoes in Surprise is the only location as far as I’m concerned. Keep up the great work!
