Yes, you do have to maintain your equipment. Not just when there are chips or cracks, but when they get saturated with oil, or are tracked-out (surface has lost traction). Plugging and re-drilling available too! Bring life back to your game! Lessons are a great way to help your game, eliminate / minimize pain, and they are very affordable too!

Have used these 2 awesome guys for years...All 3 sons got most of thier balls here and drilled, 2 of the 3 are lefties and Joe and Pat definitely know thier stuff when it comes to lefties....I highly recommend them for lefties, or anyone else....Now have a granddaughter starting to bowl at 5, will be takeing her there real soon....youngest son took lessons with Pat....SEE YOU 2 SOON

My wife's nephew recommended these guys for all our bowling needs. After a 12 year break, my wife and I joined a get your gear league. After receiving the new ball I decided that I would check these guys out. Even though I had older balls that I liked, when I have someone new drill the bowling balls, I have they start from scratch. After drilling the ball they had be take a couple of throws in there shop to make sure it felt god and no problems. Since then my average has gone up and I bowled my first 200 game in 12 years. I will take my family there for all their bowling needs as they also helped

Returned a Storm ball purchased within the factory warranty. The manufacturer said to return the ball from w to where I purchased which was Vital Signs. I was told by management that I had done the right thing. The Storm ball had cracked all the way around. I was told by management it wouldn't take long. That was almost 6 weeks ago. I was faithful in my paying for the ball a year ago and Vital Signs takes this long to get me a replacement . Give me a break. It isn't like it was the last Storm ball in their inventory. They have my $150.00 but I haven't seen or heard from them for over 6 weeks.

This pro shop is amazing! My boyfriend went to them when he didn't know anything about bowling. They told Patrick and Joe that they were planning on joining a league and wanted to know more about bowling. I have been bowling my entire life and my boyfriend knows a little more then I do because of these guys right here! I now also go to them to get my bowling balls drilled and they are the best!! They are friendly and don't judge you if you haven't bowled at all! I would definitely recommend this pro shop to everyone!!!

I will only buy my son's equipment here. Patrick and Joe are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They advise and suggest in the bowler's best interests not their profit margin's. You can't ask for a more honest and straight forward business approach. I highly recommend Vital Signs whether you bowl for fun or are a competitive bowler. These guys rock!
