My luggage TSA lock failed on a recent trip to PHX. It was midnight before I returned to my room and went to open my bag. The lock would not open, I had to break the zipper, and force the zipper from the lock. This rendered my luggage useless for a Sat return flight.
I took it In on Friday, the lock had to be picked , the zipper repaired in two places and they were working on Wednesday delivery work. I was in trouble. These guys understood my predicament, and said if we can open the lock, we will repair it all and have it for you tomorrow morning. It was ready, the price was reasonable, they are

I called Chris explained what I needed he said to bring in the item as he
needed to verify that he could do this, as it is an out-of-the-ordinary request for repair. He took my items and said he would call me at the beginning of the week. He was great with customer service, patient, and willing to go the extra mile, try them you will like them.

Love this place. Had my Louboutin's resoled and they are now PERFECT. Whatever they use to resole the red bottoms is GORGEOUS. I also asked them to spiffy up my very old and very used LV and it looks great. Reasonable prices, great service. Thank you! They also fixes the rivets on my BFFs shoes and they look perfect.

Very impressed with their work. Didn't have a huge job for them, they replaced pull tabs on my chelsea boots. However, the new tabs they placed on the boots is of the same leather type and they matched the color identically to the rest of the boot. The pull tabs they installed will last longer and are more sturdy than the original that came with the boots. If I have future repair needs, I will be going here

Brought in 3 pairs of designer shoes/ boots for protective soles. They also took care of a deep scratch that ripped the leather on the front of my shoe. Very pleased with the end product. The work is completed within the promised date. Quick turnaround! Happy with the professional customer service and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing. This is the fourth time I've had my wolverine 1000 mile boots resoled. The cobler explained that he would do what he could but that they may be too worn out this time. Not only was he able to save them but he did it in two days. The conditioning is beautiful. The craftsmanship on the soles was perfect. Its very hard to find a good cobler these days who you can trust to do good leather soles. 100 percent will recommend to everyone.

I took in a pair of my Christian Louboutin heels that I had worn down the heel on. They replaced both and were able to better protect the bottom of my shoes to prolong longevity. For such a delicate shoe that was certainly a blessing and having someone you trust with designer products is hard to come by. Thank you!

Glad I went here. Needed to repair one of my shoe and the second needed to be stained black. The guy there said he would get one of them done by tomorrow and the other next week. Keep in mind this was the day before Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve I went to go pick up my shoes. I was beyond impressed how they turned out and I wasn't expecting the second one to be completed. I told the guy you didn't have to rush the second one and he said, "Ah no worries I didn't want you to drive down here twice." I smiled and thanked him.

They have been in business and in the same location for 37 years and I know why! I just took 5 pairs of my beautiful wife's shoes here for repair and they knocked it out of the park. From the Christian Louboutin's which are now actually better than new with the application of a beautiful red sole, to her Blahnik's that were expertly repaired back to like new and of course her rather average Couch shoes which were also made nearly better than new. Bring them your high end stuff or your DSW bargains and they will square you away

Great business that takes pride in their work. Gentleman at the counter explained everything to me that inspired confidence and helped me learn a bit about the repair process. Repairs were also very fast and they pulled some strings to get the product back quicker. Highly recommended for the exemplary customer service!

I've used this shop for years and they have always provided great service. The young man who works the counter is so warm, friendly and helpful. I just got 3 shoes repaired, extending the life of my favorites. Last year I wanted to repair the strap of a leather tote bag and he took plenty of time to show me what they could and couldn't do and make sure I understood what it would look like. With that info, I opted not to try to repair it because the strap just wouldn't match. I definitely recommend Cobbler's Den.

I rarely need to find a shoe repair shop because well, my collection of sexy stilettos gets plenty of rotation for my work attire. However, I did manage to wear one of my heels down walking 17,000 steps in downtown LA and discovered this little gem browsing my Yelp feed.

Used the "get a quote"
feature on Yelp. Sent a few pictures of my broken zipper dress for a quote. I only wore the dress once so I wasn't sure if I should bother getting it fixed or just scrap the dress.
Cobblers Den and another store messaged me quickly that they thought the zipper could be repaired or replaced. I went with the store with the best Yelp reviews.
I paid $15 to have a new "stopper" put on instead of replacing the entire zipper.
They were friendly and efficient. It took 7-10 days to repair but they did ask if I was in a hurry but I said no.

Cobblers Den is absolutely Amazing! I am from out of town and when I came to visit the airport had done some damage to my luggage wheel making it impossible to utilize! I came to cobblers den and spoke with Chris the owner who was so sweet and helpful! He was able to fix my luggage and replace the wheel so fast and did it for a great price! After getting such good service I decided to bring in a couple of my other high heels to get the heel tips changed before I left and once again Chris took care of me and my belongings! This is a great establishment and I will definitely be coming back here!

I had an excellent experience here. My beloved boots were in bad shape with a hole in one of the heels.Prices are very fair. I called first and got a quote knowing it could be different once I brought in my boots, and it was a bit more, but it was still very reasonable. I had got a quote that was almost double from another shoe repair before finding this place.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and given price and explained how they would do the repair. Since my boots were in bad shape, I was told if they couldn't fix it, they would call me and refund my money, as you have to pay upfront

Took dance shoes to them as the heel glide had fallen off so they did not glide. They replaced both heels with a nice leather piece that has held up. Shared this with the Fred Astaire North dance studio as another shoe repair place was not honest about fixing my shoe when I called them and made a special trip. Glad I found Cobblers Den!

I took in the strap for an attache case to have the buckles replaced. Rather than remove the stitching, they chopped off the ends of the strap. Now my strap is much shorter than it was previously. I'm shocked they permanently changed the length of my strap, particularly without asking. You can't put material back once it's cut, so my strap is ruined. Very lazy slipshod work. Would never go back, and certainly not recommend.

I have a Kate Spade tote that I LOVE. I use it daily for work & travel quite a bit. Because Kate Spade didn't use 100% leather on the straps, they started to fray.
I found Cobbler's Den on here and took it in. He replaced them with real leather straps and it looks perfect, better than the originals!
I will be bringing some luggage in, as well as any other handbag repairs. He was nice, honest & did great quality work.
