When you're moving across the country it is a bit of a guessing game when it comes to changing your insurance provider. Thankfully I chose wisely and went with Patty Osborn State Farm. They've been great for answering my questions regarding the policy changes between my previous state and MI, and the transfers were easier/faster than expected. I'd go with them again in a heartbeat!

I recommend this office very highly. I came in very confused if I even wanted to get a policy or not & explained that right away. I was given a card & told to reach out anytime. I wasn’t asked to sit for a minute or what kind of policy I was thinking about ( as If I would know anyways) I felt very comfortable from the beginning .I came back & got to working on a policy with Patty. It took a few days, I understood everything spoken to me & when I didn’t , Patty made sure I did. This place is amazing! They treat you like family and make the awful experience of figuring out insurance delightful and stress free. I would recommend this office to my own mother!
