The doctors are caring and compassionate. I see, however, that a year ago people posted what I'm about to post now. The office staff does not return calls. In order to schedule an appointment, I have to get off early from my job and go in person, and then, I have to take more time off for the appointment. When I do go into the office, everyone seems to be preoccupied (but we know it's not with reaching out to the patients). Looking for a more accessible facility.

Dr. Patrick is amazing; the nurses, the lab people, but to reach the office it’s extremely hard. We understand people are busy, but to try calling few days in a row and leave messages and still nobody to call you back, it doesn’t feel right. Basically, for whatever problem you have, in order to reach the office, it’s better to go there in person.

I don't know where to begin with this review, because I have been dissatisfied with this office on so many occasions I have lost count.
When I have been in desperate need of medication refills, they have taken days to get things sent to the pharmacy. Don't even bother leaving messages with the on-call doctor, you'll be waiting for a long time (days) without even a call back. Half the time you can't reach the office staff after you've gone through the automatic phone answering system. It is indescribably bad.
Dr. Adjei is wonderful but I haven't seen him in years. The doctors are great but dealing

But about the last 6months .has been Crazy NO ONE RELAYS MSGS. AND TRYING TO GET REFILLS IS LIKE PULLING TEETH , AND NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE OR A BUZY SIGNAL
C'MON NOW THERE IS NO REASON IT TAKES 2 DAYS TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE 🤬

I love PA Marcy! She really cares for her patients and she is professional.
She has so much knowledge and listens to your concerns! I feel very comfortable seeing her.
Her nurses are so sweet and I never had this great of an experience since I moved to the US.

Cannot answer phone always get message and never a call back. Has my prescriptions screwed up pharmacy has no idea what medicines I'm supposed to have filled secretary had the nerve to actually call me and tell me i needed to call the pharmacy and give them the meds I wanted. They were too busy to do their job the absolute worse customer service and rude if you ever do talk to anyone. Changing dr.

Staff behind the counter is horrible. They seem like they hate their jobs because they are always very unhappy, like you are bothering them. I love the lady who takes your blood, she's very kind. If it wasn't for her and the awesome doctors I would go some place else but they doctors are great and that's who I'm there to see so that's what keeps me there.
