We have had several phones broken in our family and it is always a hassle to use insurance, send in your phone, wait for it to get back, etc. I found this business on yelp and sent my daughter to get her phone looked it. They took it in and had it back to her in less than 2 hours. Cost was reasonable especially if you take into account time not wasted. Even has a "warranty". Will definitely be going back.

Took my iPad Air with a cracked screen that had spider webbed to Fix It Fast Cellular Repair. This was after I was told by Best Buy that it could not be repaired. Worthy of a review! I've used them several times to fix broken iPhone screens and an ipad. I brought in two of my kids iPads with broken screens. They were ready the same day. At pick up they said we replaced your screen on one and the tempered glass protector on the other. Honestly I had no idea I even had a tempered glass protector on one of them. The fact they were honest will make me a customer for life. So instead of $90 I paid $20 for a new protector and that was it. They easily could have robbed me for the rest and I'd never known. First of all, learn how to listen to your customer so that you can actually hear the question(s) that he/she wants to ask instead of constantly interrupting. Second, when the potential customer you didn't listen to in the first place begins to leave it's not exactly intelligent or a way to provide a good customer experience to say "good choice" to him/her!!

Wasted most of a day at the Apple store in Fort Worth trying to get my sons iPhone 6 repaired. I was told that it was not the battery and other possibilities were port problems or logic board problems. Both of which they claimed were irreparable (Apple store. The people who make the phone). I was pretty disgusted that a 14 month old phone (2 months out of warranty) was now only useful as a paperweight. I decided to get a second opinion from Fix it Fast as a last resort and Ricky at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He said there was a couple things he could try. He even went above and beyond
