Had an appointment to have my eyes examined the first of December. The Doctor I saw was extremely pushy for Laser surgery for the cataract knowing my insurance would not cover it. Marietta Eye Clinic is all about reaching into your pocket and getting as much money as it can get. Their payment plan was a joke: 3 months for &6,000? I found another Eye Doctor who is much more competent and affordable

I had a good experience getting PRK laser surgery done. Great doctors! However, for every post op appointment, I've had to wait between 30-50 minutes after my scheduled appointment before being called in. At my last appointment, I waited over an hour and 15 minutes before I even saw my doctor. They are also very difficult to get in touch with to schedule/reschedule an appointment.

After moving to Marietta in June, I was concerned with finding an ophthalmologist I could trust. Eye disease is prevalent in my family and I have glaucoma with a rapid onset field cut several years ago. The staff at Marietta Eye Clinic scheduled my 6 month appointment with Dr. Jiang, who is a glaucoma specialist. I appreciate the time Dr. Jiang spent explaining options to me. Staff at Marietta Eye Clinic are quick to answer my follow-up questions on their patient portal.

The worst!!!!! Went in for an appointment that was supposed to had been scheduled through the call center. Got to Kennestone location. No record of my appointment. Glad I had the confirmation text to confirm I did have an appointment. They offered to fit me in. As if it was my mistake. Waited 3 hours for service to be completed ( as I watch everyone else who was scheduled , just as well as I was come in and out. As I sat there to wait on my scheduled appointment. 3 hours of service for an error that wasn't on me as a consumer. My first time with this company. Will definitely be my last

It's now November after seeing Dr. Mitchell and the MEC center and my eyes are still not better. I am under the care of another doctor My eyes feel like I have severe astigmatism in both eyes and they hurt. In my previous review of this doctor, I recall all the things that happen before he actually did the surgery. The month before the cataract surgery I paid for the eye 3in1 drops. Checking eyedrops they had expired in 2020.
When I told the doctor he seemed alarmed that it was replaced with a "non expired" bottle by the center. He said to me that bottle was a perfectly good

The experience I had at The Marietta Eye Clinic was AMAZING. There are no words how my surgeon, Dr Ho, has changed my life. I had severe cataracts in both eyes and was very close to being blind. I didn't think there was any hope. However God, working through Dr Ho, gave me my sight back! Dr Ho is a very kind, gentle surgeon. Through the whole experience I was very confident and calm that I was in safe hands. The staff is amazing too. Not only did I get the blessing of my sight back, thank you Dr. Ho, my heart was truly touched by each and everyone I met. It was an amazing experience all the way

I have worn glasses for 55 years, After my cataract surgery with Dr. Tran, I put my glasses in their case and put them in my desk drawer. My vision is 20/20.. I do need readers for up-close small type. I can read the computer screen without them. Dr Tran is excellent. He listens and he explains.. The staff at the surgery center were also very professional and had the answers to my questions before I ask.

I first found them in an emergency: a family member got a corneal abrasion about 4 PM. I called, Sierra in the call center worked diligently to get us seen; we got seen at 9 AM the next day. The staff took care of us as soon as we walked in, and they gave the family member what she needed. They even gave us enough samples of antibiotics that a prescription wasn't necessary.

I have been to the Windy Hill location as well as Canton road and would recommend without hesitation.
I had a bit of a "misunderstanding " with billing and scheduling recently and April, Nae Nae and Teresa went above and beyond to make sure the concern was taken care of to exceed my satisfaction.
With eye care centers on every street corner it is Customer Service like this that makes the difference between ordinary and extraordinary.
That simple little "extra" that these 3 ladies showed will have me and my family returning as customers from now on.

It is nearly impossible to call this practice and have someone answer the phone. It is most inconvenient to have to be called back as I am at work and it's difficult for me to answer their call back at their convenience. Why can't they hire more people. In addition Sandy at the Town Lake location is cold and not very helpful in person. Wish I had not started the cataract surgery process with them. I'm sure the drs are fine, but the administration staff do not seem to be efficient at all.

I would like to share a story of how the office support staff can turn a raving fan patient into a person so angry she feels compelled to share her experience with this doctor's office (and let me preface this by saying I have NEVER written a negative review of any business!). I usually let my feet do the talking.
That being said, this situation is just too upsetting to stand silently by.

I went to Marietta Eye Clinic for a stye like swelling on my right eye. They gave me an antibiotic and steroid to take care of it. Since then my eye has swollen shut (never happened to me before in my life) at least 5 times. They have done nothing other than treat the symptoms and not attacked the cause.
On top of this the last appointment I had I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half past my appointment time. They knew I was there and they just said "we'll be with you soon". If they were that far behind they could have notified me. I will never use them again. I suggest

Nothing to write home about. Very bureaucratic feel and lacing a personal touch when I've been there. I was there for a contact appointment in person and I told them I'd like to schedule an eye appointment for glasses so my spouse could come back and see them. I get there and they say only I can go in - would have been nice for them to tell me that since that was the whole reason for the appointment.

I have been going to this place for probably 15 years, they performed cataract surgery to both of my eyes.
Went in two years ago and was diagnosed for early signs of glaucoma.
Last year lost eye sight in my right eye and after a very cursory exam they said nothing could be done as it was due to my glaucoma, I would just have to live with it and I believed them.
After one year of being blind in one eye went to another clinic, turns out I have a detached retna which I am scheduling to get fixed.
I am told the odds of a successful surgery would have been higher if I had been diagnosed properly

It's kinda confusing when you walk in, because it says check in but there's like 5 counters of people. They all looked like check in counters, but none are labeled. I had 1 eye cataract surgery done with this practice. The surgery was fine, but the financial office is not! No only did they charge my credit card a lot of money upfront, but they billed and was paid by my insurance. These people owe me @$2100.00 as an overpayment. Between what I paid and what the insurance paid, I have paid for 2 eyes when in fact, I only had 1 done. They had me sign paperwork with eyes extremely dilated and under duress. I could not see anything. On the advise of my Insurance Company, I am taking measures to get the money back that is owed to me. Hopefully, we can
