I recommend working with David & Kristen to sell your home. We were referred to them and actually never even met in person because we live in a different state! They handled everything we needed by being experts in the Anthem community. We listed the house in November 2019, and it was closed by January 2020. We are grateful for their expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Kirsten was referred to me by a friend she had assisted, when she relocated to AZ, from IL. Being an IL resident myself, and looking to purchase a second home in AZ, I figured there would be some hiccups, along the way - there never were. Kirsten was very tuned in to our preferences from the start, and knew just what to recommend. Once we settled on the property, Kirsten excelled at putting our offer together very quickly. This was key, as the seller had several others, some of which, were higher.

David and Kirsten are both absolute pros and made my experience enjoyable even when unexpected obstacles presented themselves. Both of them are patient and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain and educate me on all the different options available to us and the pros and cons of each.
