Had an engine lite on.. They ran diagnostics and found that it was a warning on Cadillac converter that most of the time resetting the warning light was enough. That if the light came back on to bring it back in for another look. I believe that some auto repair businesses would have taken advantage of the situation and even perhaps found other issues. They sent me on my way without charge and didn't find anything wrong. They even added air to my tires. I have to say the building also looked well managed and clean very professional compare to other mechanics I've used in the past.

A great place to take your car! I have an older car and I am a woman. Some places have taken advantage but not here. Not only do they know what they are doing and professional but they treat everyone with respect. They not only explain things but fix it at a very reasonable price compared to their competitors. They have clients from all walks of life and everyone seems happy. I am happy with their work and very grateful.

Never, ever in my life have I received such incredible customer service (in any industry!) than with Miller's. Since my 2017 Jeep Cherokee is pretty new-ish, I haven't had to deal with a mechanic for many years, and was absolutely flustered when it stopped working. I had to go off of my best friend's recommendation for something trustworthy and near home/work, and I couldn't be more pleased.

This is the only place I will trust with my car. There's nothing shady about this place and they are extremely polite. It's worth it to me to bring my car here even though I've moved a little farther away and still have peace of mind. My family has been bringing all of our cars here for many years. My car is burning oil, I have to add a quart every couple of thousand miles. I have a CarMax warranty with 3000 miles still left on it.
I had good service from Millers in the past but now they no longer have the service I was expecting.
I brought in my car for the oil burning issue and they said they would take a look at it and let me know. They called me back a couple of hours later to let me know that they suspect this is an issue common to many Hondas and my Acura. But to fix it they would have to do an oil consumption test. The oil consumption test requires that the drain the oil

Wow. I'm impressed. We moved into the area two and a half years ago. I hate finding a new auto shop, so I've driven down to a place I trust in San Juan Capistrano when I've needed anything done. Last week our air conditioning broke and I needed it fixed for a trip ASAP. I found the reviews on here and decided to give Miller a try. I'm so glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised during the entire experience. I can truly say that I have never been more impressed by an automotive shop. Wendy and Eric are both friendly, professional, and best of all, knowledgeable.
My car was fixed right the first time, and at a very fair price. Eric explained what was corrected, as well as recommendations for the future, in an easy to understand way.

The best most honest customer service I've dealt with! I'm definitely coming back to service my cars here. Not only did they keep me updated on my car, but they made sure I was completely aware of what needed to be done. Eric the shop manager proved that honesty still exists in this cruel greedy world. They're not just there to make the money, but to really help their customers! That's exactly how they made me feel and I am completely satisfied with my services! All the reviews say this place is good but if you read them they are all the same format and style.
C'mon Miller's you gotta be more creative when you write your fake reviews and mix it up a bit.
Anyway I wish I could say I was greeted with a beverage on the 90 degree day but after telling the receptionist I was going next door for a Coke all I got when he looked up was "ok."
Charged me $45 to inspect my brakes and then told it would be $834! for complete replacement of front and rear rotors and pads. At those prices I'll pass. Miller's you can do better then

I'm generally the type of guy that works on his on his cars, likes grime underneath his nails, and maybe some grease in the hair. But fortunately I came across Millers - upon entrance to their shop (which is very conveniently located in North Orange County) I was pleasantly greeted by their staff, offered a refreshing beverage and was quickly presented with the work order and within two shakes of a tail feather I was on my way.

I came in to replace a hose for the air conditioner. They said I needed a starter and other things. I was told they were reasonable and honest. I just had my car inspected from another shop. The other shop just took too long. The mechanic on the phone kept insisting I needed this work. I called the other shop.. They said no I didn't need that.
They (Miller's) then charged $150 for inspection, I just needed a hose. Very dishonest Shop. Going back to the other shop. I'd rather wait then be ripped off again

I drive a 65 mustang and I needed to get my distributer replaced . First took the car to Pepboys and had a disasterous experience, from multiple visits to even body damage to the car (will write my review on them when I see if they own up to their mistakes or give me the run around).
The next day, I had Miller's Automotive take a look at my car and see if they could fix the engine issues that pepboys said were "normal". I picked up my car today and it is a joy to drive again. I will definitly return to Millers for any auto repairs I need in the future.
