At the Eye to Eye Clinic, doctors and staff know that your eye health directly affects your quality of life. We are committed to providing personalized care and teaching patients how to care for their eyes in order to enjoy a lifetime of excellent vision. Dr. Dalton is originally from Rhode Island and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York, College of Optometry in 2005.
An in depth visual and medical history review to discuss all of your individual visual needs. We understand the importance of listening to our patients. We want to make sure all of your questions are answered. Testing of eye alignment, visual tracking, focusing skills and depth perception. This is especially important in children because 80% of learning depends on visual skills.

Julie went above and beyond in listening to exactly what I wanted with my lenses. She checked and rechecked, and explained with drawings how the lenses worked. I am currently living out of state having recently sold our West Linn house, but waited until I was back in town to get these glasses made. They are that good at what they do. My partner recommended them to me as he has been going there for many years. I highly recommend them as well.

We recently saw Dr. Mercer, after my daughter started experiencing eye strain due to her school computer time. Dr. Mercer explained everything clearly to both of us along the way and was very thoughtful in her approach. Plus she is wonderful with kids and put my daughter at ease! Highly recommend Eye to Eye.

I have been visiting this clinic for several years now, and I've never had a single bad experience. I've dealt with a couple eye scares, and they are so quick to get me on the schedule and seen. Everyone I've met at this clinic is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I fully trust them with my eye health and care. Dr. Mercer is the doctor I specifically see, and she is absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. The best!!!

Great place for eye exams with a friendly staff and upbeat atmosphere. They offer short wait times for appointments and there's no pressure to buy glasses from them if your just looking for a prescription. I did not have a positive experience. I went in for an eye exam and we ordered glasses. I was told I could put a small deposit and pay the rest after my insurance paid, and pay the balance when I picked the glasses up. After about 3 weeks with not hearing from them I called to see if my glasses were ready to be picked up. They said that they would check the status and call me back. They never did. I called again about a week later and they were still not there and the person whom waited on me was going to call me back. They did not. I went in and found out that they had "stalled" my glasses because

Eye To Eye Clinic is by far the best eye clinic that I have ever been to! They take great care to make sure that you have the best experience each time you arrive, are prompt when it comes to appointments, and are available at great hours.
I have been seen by two of the Drs. at this clinic and both experiences have been amazing! They were even kind enough to quickly see me for a recent eye emergency and fix my issue within that same day. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I just want to say that Drs. Mercer and Dalton are the most caring and professional Optometrists I have found in Oregon. Their fees are quite reasonable considering the time required in dealing with fitting a progressive rgp contact on a cornea with irregularities (dry eye, post erosion). They truly care about your vision and well-being.

My children and I have received services and patronized the Eye to Eye Clinic since it opened. Dr. Anderson/Dalton is outstanding with grandmothers and children alike. She is not only an eye doctor, she is an advocate for others. She treats the "whole child", and by that I mean she is aware of their feelings....stresses, etc. She is highly intelligent, professional and caring. It is evident she cares about her patients. I am retired after 41 years as an Educational Administrator. I highly recommend Dr. Dalton.

Dr. Anderson is great. I had an eye infection a while back that I originally went to my primary care doc however they were unable to treat me and after getting treated by Dr. Anderson her advice and care helped extremely well she also followed up with me several times and I can't thank her enough. I also get my regular eye exams here and the whole staff is wonderful.

Dr. Anderson is wonderful! She is a great listener and takes the time to make sure you understand everything discussed. Wonderful with the kids. Our daughters have always dreaded going to the eye doctor for checkups, but now they feel confident and comfortable. Thank you to the amazing staff as well. Friendly and professional! Very impressed with Dr. Erin Anderson! Sad to say that I have not been to have my eyes checked in over 20 years! Had some things come up and needed to be seen. My husband had been to see her recently, and said that she was great! Wonderful care and attention. Great location and very friendly staff! Will definitely refer others to them :) Thanks Eye to Eye!

I saw Dr. Todd Briscoe here for the first time this month, for a routine eye exam for contact lenses. He's efficient, friendly, cheerful, and explains things well. He knows his stuff and is unwilling to use second-best techniques just because they are popular.
That said, he does tend to mutter his assessments under his breath when he's doing physical exams (such as when you get your eyes dilated).
