Kitsap Hot Yoga
Despite our name, not all classes are hot! Low&slow, low-heat vinyasa, and warm yin are a great fit for those who do not prefer the heat. This class is similar to the Bikram style of yoga. We will do a series of poses in a 2-set sequence in a heated room. This is a structured class, consistency will create physical and mental harmony that will be realized in all areas of your life.

A flow class done in a heated room to aid in the release of toxins and accelerate blood flow. We will flow through postures linking breath to movement. Anyone who does regular yoga will enjoy the added challenge of this class. Great practice for yogis of all levels. An opportunity to get a well-rounded, challenging Vinyasa flow in without the extra element of the hot room, yet still warm to smoothly guide you into the flow.

Was visiting the area and decided to try a class with some friends. Julia led the class and was so awesome. We did her sculpt hot yoga class yesterday and, needless to say, we are so sore today! She definitely challenges you and it was fun to incorporate weights and resistance bands into a yoga flow. Will definitely go again!

Absolutely love this place! Been going for a little over a month. I've always enjoyed yoga and wanted to try hot yoga. I'm a believer now! I've taken several different classes with different instructors. They're all very good in their own unique way. Honestly though Jenn and Jasmine are my favorites. They're so chill and laid back. Give this place a try. You'll love it!

With these recent small changes and a couple new instructors I really do enjoy Kitsap Hot Yoga. I've completely fallen in love with the Hot Yoga Sculpt class. It's such a challenge but I always leave completely drained yet extremely fulfilled afterwards. Roger and Tess are my favorites. They are in great shape and do a very good job teaching the classes. One day I was planning on trying another class but realistically I probably won't. LONG LIVE HOT YOGA SCULPT!!!!!

Love this little studio. Raquel does an fantastic class and I'm always exhausted when it's over. After doing pilates I can't go back to working out in a cold room. Prices are reasonable as well.

The only reason I have attended more than one class was because of a Groupon that allows me to attend five times. I've tried to see different teachers and let go of my concerns, but I just can't.

- The studio has no mirrors inside of the yoga room. This is unheard of to me as I don't understand how you can practice your posture and critique yourself during your practice.

- I'm convinced one of the instructors isn't even certified to teach. She was instructing us to hold our postures with our foot on our knees and put excess weight on our knees that could cause harm to

Goodness. I've only been to this studio 4x and I truly appreciate not only the space - but the open-mindedness of the owner and diversity in the classes and teachers.

Admittedly, I was skeptical at first knowing that there wouldn't be any mirrors - as I usually like to make sure that I'm correcting my poses. But, it brings the practice into a more internal awareness without feeling the need to compete with others in the class.

Also, the beautiful light that comes in through the windows in the direction that you're facing (with a mountain view) is way better than looking

The first class is NOT free or discounted. I paid the full $16.00 for a one hour class. I took the Hot Hatha class hoping it would be like Bikram Yoga. It wasn't. There's no mirrors, no breathing exercises and I didn't start dripping sweat until half hour into the class.

This is a great yoga studio for all yogi levels. Jennifer is not only a great yoga teacher but also a fitness expert. I am not very good at yoga but I don't feel self conscious there. It's very relaxing but also an awesome workout. A little jewel for the body and mind! I absolutely recommend it.

I like this studio for Saturday mornings, but during the week at times when I'm able to get to it (after work), the traffic on the 305 makes it impossible for me to enter the building feeling any sort of calm. Getting home is even worse, I have to go several blocks in the wrong direction and make a u-turn. I guess if you can attend during the day, it would probably be much simpler to access.
While I recognize the difficulty in having a new series every day, I was also displeased to find the pose sequence repeated even if members of the class requested areas of specific need. I guess if you

First class FREE! Why wouldn't one try this? Love!!!! I never tried hot yoga before and really a novice to yoga in general. Jennifer made it easy for ALL levels as the more advanced people could do full extensions, Jennifer always started with what beginners should try and then what more advanced moves were. She did this for every pose. Highly recommended! First class was FREE!

First time is free! So glad we finally get Hot Yoga in Kitsap County! I tried the beginner class tonight and really enjoyed it! I love that the room was dark and hot. Very relaxing. I hope to go back soon!
