I've had a bad experience with this company. They will not fix anything that's broken. My dishwasher has been broken since we moved in. WE have a broken fan and have had to have an ac repairman out and a dryer repairman out because everything here hasn't been touched since probably 1985. AHP will also nickel and dime you anyway they can. Three dollars to pay my rent online plus they pull baloney reasons as to why you owe them more money. They will call you seven months later and say that you've been paying rent late all this time and now all the sudden you owe seventy dollars or more. They have

This company is absolutely the best! Rented from them for 2 Years and they were the most understanding management company ever! All my problems were handled quickly and efficiently and my property manager, Gina Speck-Solario is a absolute doll. I wish all rental companies could be like this one. They really are the absolute best and provide the best service i have seen in the Valley yet!!
