After a terrible experience working with a previous leasing agent, we cannot stress enough how important it is for these leasing and real estate companies to fully understand the importance of consistent, clear and concise communication.
My husband and I relocated from CA to VA for work and during that process, we were not able to physically view the properties. We had to rely on the online listings and whatever photos were made available on the platform. I cannot stress enough how INCREDIBLE The Nellis Group is. We just closed on our first home in Virginia as a newly married couple and couldn't have felt more calm in the process thanks to the tireless work of this team. The Nellis group is amazing!!! We have bought and sold with them a total of 4 times over the past 13 years and they are always wonderful, but this time, they sold our home in TWO DAYS!!
