If I could rate this business a zero I would. They stole my money and never refunded they claimed I never payed and I have all the proof it came out of my bank account. They put on my credit and then removed it. They have someone stealing I just want my money if it take me to keep writing bad reviews I will just continue to do so until they refunded me my money. It stated if denied you will receive the admin fee along with the deposit back. However someone in there office kept my Money so don't waste your time applying for this apartment complex cause your lost will be there win. I'm looking forward

Lived at Canterbury Ridge for 2-3 years and bad the best experience and best neighbors I still keep in touch with to this day. Michael is an amazing manager who puts the residents above himself. He goes out of his way to be accommodating to residents concerns.
Maintenance was amazing as well. We once had a stove issue which was fixed within 24 hours of reaching out.
Great apartments, perfect location to everything. Was able to save up to buy a home in the time I spent at Canterbury Ridge.

My daughter applied for these apartments and they have scammed her out of her money. She spoke with Micheal the property manager and they were working on the issue being resolved. The issue have not been resolved Canterbury ridge is claiming that her bank stole the money and they issue out a check but they have no trace evidence on the check they to send her out for a refund. I don't recommend no one to allow their children or love ones to consider these apartments. They are scamming and stealing money. They even screen calls

Communication wasn't the best which I find to be very important. Prior to moving in my roommate did I gave them the date that would be happening. Then the next time we saw them they claimed they didn't have the actual date. They hadn't had the apartment cleaned. We were on terrace level so their excuse was it's been vacant and there's woods. But when they showed us the apartment, one of the agents saw a dead roach and kicked it to the side. We were told they'd do a rush clean. I am very disappointed in the property an the communication with the leasing agents. I applied to live in this community on Thursday June 13,2019. I asked for a code of conduct paper to check what all will disqualify you from getting the apartment. I never received the paper . I went ahead and applied for the apartment. I was denied for a back ground check from a year an a half ago. I called to talk to someone about this and they haven't got back with me. I am waiting to speak to the leasing agent or the manger about this. I also was charged 125.00 Admin Fee(market rent only). I have

I am very impressed with the staff, maintenance men, and cleanliness of the grounds of these apartments.
I haven't lived in a apartment since I was in my
20's. Now in my 40's and a single mom of a young child, I found myself needing to find something fast as everyone seems to be selling and not renting in my area.
After looking at several apartments in the area, I found Canterbury Ridge Apts. I have to say the size and views really impressed me.
Everything is on point here..

This place is horrible. Noisy neighbors, water bill is extremely high, mantainence never responds and management couldn't care less. Bugs everywhere and on top of that we have a huge water leak and management/mantainence hasn't done anything and it's been 10days. Do not move here, praying i can make it through my lease. Place is awful

THIS PLACE SUCKS DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! The price range is ridiculous for the things we go through here. We have horrible bugs, noisy neighbors that can be heard through the walls banging and screaming, theres a chicken farm where they kill chickens a couple miles away so you'll smell dead chicken, the jail is right next to it and there are cops in this apartment every day and the apartment refuses to tell us why. Oh ya btw we all share the same water so your water bill will never actually be what you used. We get fined if we have lights on our balcony too. We are paying for the upgrades

The staff is great, how ever if you live on the first floor be prepaid for horrible noise. I don't think the floors are insulated very well. Our upstairs neighbors have multiple children and all day everyday there's stomping and running and it shakes our apartment to the point where we don't wait to hang pictures on our walls and it's making my ptsd and anxiety so bad. We were original planing on being here two years but at this point I'm in the process of my therapist recommending we move due my metal safety. We've made multiple complaints to management to no results

Well after two years this place has gone to hell. Our carpet is completely worn out the seams are coming undone. An air conditioning repair that was done in April still has drywall that has yet to be repaired. Went two months waiting on ice maker repair. The roaches are out of control. The exterminator is useless. I was here when they came to supposedly change batteries in all smoke detectors and replace filters and flaps, the checked one detector, didn't open HVAC closet, looked in one toilet. I would not recommend living at this complex. I have had a very negative experience with bugs, maintenance issues, and management. When I approached management about how unhappy I was, they seemed unconcerned with changing my opinion. I had to wait two weeks to have a toilet unclogged. I requested someone to come to spray for bugs, but bc I was transferred to their off site leasing office the issue was not filed properly so I had to wait for three weeks. I cannot wait to move out, and would not recommend bringing a family here.
