The office team is always kind and helpful! Maintenance is the same and ready to assist with any issues. The amenities are clean and a great benefit. I really enjoy the location as well. I've only been here a few weeks but moved from out of state. Darius was super helpful in securing an apartment and Georgia and Melissa have been great to work with as well since we officially moved here.

We have lived at The Darby Apartments for the past year as we have been waiting for our house to be built. The apartment complex is very clean, the gym, pool and clubhouse are very nice. They are maintained and cleaned daily. It is pretty impressive. Georgia and Melissa are always very helpful when I have had questions or needed assistance. If you need anything repaired the maintenance crew is fast and efficient. They are very respectful when in you home. Overall, it has been a good experience.

The Darby is an amazing place to live. I’ve been here for 4 months and I honestly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The place is quiet and well kept and the amenities are all you could ask for. I spend a ton of time studying in the “clubhouse” and the staff makes me feel more than welcome. Melissa has made me coffee, asked about my studies, offered advice and more. Georgia is an always smiling face with plenty to talk about. Every run in with the staff has been pleasant and enjoyable. This place is home.

Melissa was the best sales person, she was knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel comfortable about my daughter living here as it is very safe. We loved your apartments! It is funny how the person who greets you can make a good or bad impression and Melissa with her welcoming smile made us feel so welcome.

I’ve been at the Darby for quite some time, Darius is by far the BEST. Extremely professional, very attentive, thorough, understanding and all around a loving person. The experience that he has created has been beyond phenomenal.Listens to all your needs and finds the absolute best solution. My experience here has been awesome thanks to him and his fellow co-workers. If you’re considering moving here definitely ask for Mr.Darius. I have no complaints in over a year in counting. Thanks Darius for all that you do for us :-).

I have lived here for 3 months now and have really enjoyed it. I picked one the better buildings in my opinion, more parking around us is available, and easy in and out through the side gate and easy access to dog park, pool, mailboxes, and the dumpster.
The clubhouse is beautiful and rarely used so I like to have some friends in there from time to time to socialize with some games.
The front office staff have been super friendly accommodating. Georgia and Melissa do not hesitate to act on your behalf if they are able and always make me feel like we've been friends for years when I go up and

The Darby has been such an amazing living experience. Recently, I had to get in contact with the Community Manager Rachel in reference to breaking my lease due to COVID and the work climate. She was very knowledgeable about the process and ensured to answer all the questions I had. I feel more secure moving with my family and hate that we have to go! I would highly recommend anyone to The Darby if you are looking for an amazing apartment, great customer service and knowledgeable staff!
