The office staff never answers the phone! I have stood outside of the office when they claimed they were open and the door was locked and saw one of the staff continue to ignore my phone call. Work orders never went through. And we paid for pest control and we had constant issues with bugs. My friend still lives here and she has complained several times and her apartment is infested with roaches. She has bought hundreds of dollars worth of things to get rid of them but whatever neighbor keeps giving them to her is still an issue. Also people chain smoke in the breezeway which they claim is against

Teagan was so great with getting us in our apartment. I happen to be having such a bad day when I arrived to look at the model apartment. I arrived at 10 mins till the office closed and was afraid I would miss out. When walking in Teagan greeted me and was on it from the start. I met Donnie who was also such a great soul. He let me ride on the golf cart “little blue” to tour the model apartment. And honestly both of them were so nice I couldn’t do anything but keep thanking them. They we fast but caring. Thank you Teagan and Donnie.

I don't think the apartments itself the all that bad. I do believe that if I pay over $1700 a month, I should have a place to park my vehicle regardless what time of the day it is or what time of the night it is. This is unfair to me that I have no where park I live here.!!!. We all have a tennis court that people are not even using. For God's sake, turn the tennis court in the parking lot!! You got to do something very very soon!!

Great peacefully environment don't rreally have to worry about crime.. However pool is poorly kept often filled with trash. As well infestation of pest, whether it be gnats coming out of disposal or roaches coming from anywhere. Also fire alarm would spontaneously go off. I would visit my fiance from time to time due to not being a resident.

While the management team has transitioned a few times throughout my tenure as a resident, they remain in high communication and continue to keep residents' safety and happiness at the forefront. From the maintenance team to the leasing agents to management, stellar reviews from this resident. I am happily calling this place home for a third year in a row and look forward to seeing staff's smiling faces. They remain informative, helpful, and always pleasant in all interactions I've had. The staff is amazing! "These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly especially Felicia and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood."

I moved in back in December 2020 and the staff made the whole process very easy. I wasn’t used to living in an apartment, so the delayed billing of utilities was new to me and I called the office several times trying to understand it all. Felicia was very patient and explained things in a way I could understand. I would definitely recommend this place.

I highly recommend this apartment community! Stephanie, the office manager bends over backwards for this place! She works so hard to provide a excellent community! Anything I’ve needed, she’s made sure it was taken care of same or next day! The maintenance supervisor is awesome! Makes sure everything is done to each residents liking. I love being comfortable knowing who will be in my home if I’m not there. All the staff have been great. Always throwing a wave or giving you asmile as you walk by. I feel very safe in this complex and I love my neighbors. Everyone is so friendly

We love our apartment. We moved here in 2017. People here are friendly. Emily in the office is really nice and listens to any problem you may have. The rent is decent for the size of the rooms here. Maintenance is reliable. Grounds are pretty well kept. We love that we have a pool here to. The community is pretty quiet and safe.
