I went to Marisol's to get a work shirt embroidered with my name. I dropped off the shirt on a Wednesday and was told it would take one week. The following Wednesday I got a personal text from Marisol saying that my lab coat was ready for pickup. I replied and said that I would be able to pick it up Saturday morning, and she said that was fine. Well, on Saturday morning I show up and, come to find out, Marisol had not yet started the embroidery, but told me it would be 5 to 10 minutes if I waited. She also offered to deliver it if I could not wait. I offered to wait the 5-10 minutes, and, well

Took a jacket to add a couple of patches. It was supposed to be ready for a gift. Three visits to pick it up and over two weeks later, I took the jacket back. I have to go back one more time because they couldn't find the patches. I paid in advance and have to ask for my money back because they said I didn't pay and have to wait for them to find the invoice. Never coming back.
