I took my car in to have the front struts replaced. These guys were laid back but still incredibly knowledgable. I feel that they went above and beyond to help me out. I'd recommend this place to anyone. It feels like a well kept secret.

Strongly recommend...functional & good quality service! Got me back on road in about 1hr when A/C went out while I was passing thru TN (moving family across country for military) in 95-100 degree summer temp. Even though service queue was full, Robbie personally helped me on the spot. Diagnosed & repaired me enough to continue road trip; and also educated me so I could better troubleshoot future issues myself. The shops Google reviews were the main reason I called ahead and came thru, and I'm sure glad I did (thanks!).

These guys are the best! I had done some work on my car after it broke down on me. I had to replace my fuel pump but after doing so we couldn't figure out why it wouldn't crank. I took it to Bobby and come to find out it was as simple as a sensor not being plugged back up. They double checked it by letting it sit overnight to make sure it would crank again on the next day. It did and Mr Bobby called me and told me to come get my car and he charged me absolutely nothing. I'll always use Memphis Auto Repair because they are honest and very reasonable on price they could have charged me at least a
