I researched for the most reliable, fair, and trustworthy automotive repair shop to work on our car. The Hub Automotive came highly recommended and the reviews on their site were consistently good. So, my wife and I brought our car in to be fixed. Essentially, the mechanic had to fix something that another repair shop had botched.
It was fixed correctly and the car runs smoothly. My wife and i are super happy that we found a great shop. We'll definitely be back. Going to The Hub was honestly one of the best mechanic automotive experiences I've had in my life. I'm driving cross country from New Jersey to California. Brought our car here to get a second opinion on a strange diagnosis for a grinding noise from Autonation Ford.

I was challenged with having to explain the issues my family was having with my husband’s vehicle. Jennifer was beyond helpful and put me at ease my inability to accurately identify the problem. She took into consideration all of the special circumstances that I presented to her when describing my need to get the most cost effective solution due to it being an older car. Jennifer was very nice! Have only dropped the car off so far, but had a great first impression and were very helpful! Thank you for helping fix our car! Location is behind a neighborhood. Free coffee and have a cat there but he was hanging with his cat friends today. Will add more once we hear back about what the car needs and how long it’ll take to fix!
